This is a review for pediatric doctors/front desk. The entire team is utterly incompetent when it comes to providing quality healthcare services. The front desk rescheduled my daughter’s appointment to remove stitches, claiming Dr. Fles couldn’t perform the procedure (what doctor can’t remove stitches), but they failed to register the new appointment in their system.

When we arrived, they told us they had only left a voicemail and never actually rescheduled the appointment. Who has time to pull their kid out of school, cancel work commitments, and wait an hour in their office just to be told, “Sorry, we don’t have an appointment for you”?

Dr. Buchanan specifically told us to bring my daughter in, only to suddenly be unavailable. What is going on with this place? They have zero respect for patients’ time.

Avoid this pediatric practice at all costs—it’s riddled with unprofessional and incompetent staff.

I was in the GYN office and the doctor was wonderful. I have to say that it's gotten so big, they keep adding bldgs and changing streets not to mention all the construction on the freeway close by that its time to find something simpler.

Went here for an appointment with Tina Zheng for my annual vision exam.

She only did the glasses prescription measurement and didn’t do any other tests.
They billed VSP for the whole package which includes the tests done for annual vision exam. She even measured my current glasses which are progressive and then she gave me a single Vision glasses.

I am not able to order a new pair of glasses without a progressive prescription.

The doctor was also yelling at me through out the exam and had no concerns to what I wanted to say.

They also put a hold on my insurance for glasses and frames. I did not even visit their optical store.

Looks like they will do what ever they want and screw patients.

This is hopeless clinic who don’t care about patient and their goal is to see how far they can bill their patients.

I had requested a DMV vision form filled out.
I have not received any update on it.

My husband and I have been assigned care at this clinic for over a year. It took my husband 5 months to establish care at this clinic, and not with the PCP assigned by our insurance company. I tried to follow suit and establish care, only to be told I cannot be seen at this clinic because none of the doctors will take a “new patient.” UC Davis will not authorize care at other facilities without prior approval. So not only can I not be seen at this clinic, I cannot ask anyone for a referral to somewhere else until I wait months for the insurance company to change my plan.
UC Davis is supposed to be the leading provider in the Greater Sacramento area. I cannot phantom how that is true if their own employees cannot be seen by a PCP.

The worst doctor office EVER! Please do not come here. They have cancelled on me 4 times. Today they cancelled my appt as I was sitting in the office already checked in. Absolutely useless. They tried to then reschedule me months out? It’s reassuring to know if you need a doctor you are unable to see one! Deserves to be shut down.

Not sure why my review was removed, but I have no issue addressing this once more! Had to get my labs done - the ladies at the front desk were kind! The phlebotomist was extremely rude and unpleasant to be around. I cannot believe such a miserable person like this chose to work with other people, she sure doesn't seem to enjoy it. She spoke to me as if I was a child, when I was just clarifying if I needed to be fasting or not. Then she got irritated because she couldn't find my veins and tried to make it seem like it was my fault I have deep veins? She ended up pricking me a couple times and then got upset at me when I didn't unclench my hand right away. Anyways, I didn't catch her name but she's around 65, large, and has sad pink hair.(left and right as follows) Here's the damage she did to my arm, I've never had someone be so rough on my arm - and I get my blood drawn pretty often. So she's rude, unkind, and poor at her job - why do you keep her UC Davis? Definitely driving to Roseville next time.

Myra and Daisy were great. My doctor had failed to send Quest lab work and they were very helpful in assisting me. Easy to schedule an appointment online and I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time.

They decided to charge for a 39 minute appointment instead of a 15 minute appointment even when the appointment lasted less than 10 min. The argument is that the doctor had to review the file of the patient. The patient has been in that office since birth, which makes 0 sense that they bill you for that time. Called to get a solution and no help because their hands are tied based on what the doctor is billing
