I've seen 2 doctors in this practice for annual preventative visits. One of them just asked survey questions and didn't even look at me, which was a waste of my time. Dr. Fletcha did actually provide a medical exam and was helpful and knowledgable. However, I booked an annual preventative visit, but I was charged twice for a that visit (preventative care and office visit). UC Health doesn't clearly define what constitutes a preventive care visit, so it seems some doctors take advantage of this. If you don't want to be billed hundreds of dollars extra for no additional services, I recommend making it clear to everyone in the clinic when you're there for annual preventative exam, not an office visit.

Excellent health care. The doctors and staff are caring and professional. The doctors and staff are 5 star!
But watch your billing! The billing department is the worst! They double bill and invent charges. They don't correct their mistakes. They don't deal with clients in good faith. They brake contracts and agreements. I have the documents to prove it!

Dr.Meyer was in a rush and barely introduced herself. She barely addressed my concern and when asked to fax a document for a referral she told me that she could not do it and I would have to drop it off myself. I would not recommended this office as every doctor and PA is always in a rush and does not seem to want to do their job

The nursing staff and front desk were so incredibly kind and helpful, however my experience with Dr. Meyer was awful. She has zero bedside manner, does not listen, and left me feeling belittled and in tears by the end of the appointment. I will never use her as my PCP, and do not recommend.
