Tonight, 2/21/25, I went to the UCLA imaging center, to have an CT order entered into the system not only did your representative do that she also took the time to see if she could have the image taken that night while I was waiting, much to my surprise I did get the image taken while I was there. The young lady that helped me was named Sonia, she was very competent, kind, professional (also very pretty). UCLA should be proud to have such a wonderful employee, again thank you Sonia for your wonderful service tonight.

I had multiple scans recently at this location, every time the staff was very professional and comforting. I had no problems scheduling any of the scans.

Facility is clean and has plenty of parking. Everyone is polite and professional. I accidentally mixed the day my daughter was to be seen for her post-op appointment and they put her in as walk-in. Luckily they took her in because they found a (DVT) blood-clot in her arm. I had to go straight to the ER. Service was fast and accurate. Thank you!

Tried to call to set up an appointment to get a CT scan Santa Clarita. On hold for 30 minutes then opted to have them call me back. Which they did in less than four minutes. I mentioned I needed a CT scan. The person said hold on for one or two minutes while I transfer you to the right department. I was on hold for about five minutes and then hung up on

The team over at this facility are very polite, professional and helpful. They work you through the process and the hours of operation are very convenient especially in the evening.

Took my daughter for a Ct and X-ray. Had the best experience with front desk staff. and the technicians. they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable with the procedure.

I'm a new patient and I was calling to ask about possibly making an appointment for ultrasound. Customer service rep Brianna was the worst CS I've dealt with. Mumbling her words & seemed like it was an inconvenience for her to answer my inquiries. Turn off to patients who have no idea about the facility at all.
