Amazing facility! Will be going here from now on!
I was able to walk in, seen by a doctor within 30 minutes, got the medications I needed and blood work all done in the same day.
All around a great experience, helpful and friendly staff makes you feel like you are being taken care of and not just a number

Generally received good care here, but recently I specifically asked the nurse to not run a pregnancy test with the sample I provided and the doctor ran one anyway. I was then charged $48. I contested with billing and patient experience, but the medical staff lied, saying I didn’t deny the test. The miscommunication between the nurse and the doctor is not my fault. When a patient in their mid 20s tells you there is 0% chance they are pregnant, believe them!

A decent facility. Could be slow sometimes when people go on breaks in the middle of the day. There was no body in the lab but it took me 10 minutes to give my blood sample.

Also, doctors leaving the facility. not sure whats going on there?

4 stars since they also have a walk-in clinic which is nice and rare to find. better than urgent care for sure..

I was vaccinated within 15 minutes of arrival, and in my car within 30 minutes. The care team is very well organized and courteous. On April 7th at 2:40 pm I went to UCLA Health Center for my Covid 19 vaccine. The parking lot was very full, yet I could find a spot. The line seemed long, about 10 people, to check-in at the outdoor tent, but it moved quickly. You must have your driver's license with you. After the quick registration I waited in another line until a nurse invited me to her station. She asked several questions taking about 5 minutes before administering the shot. Then I was directed to a waiting room and instructed to wait there for 15 minutes incase I had an immediate allergic reaction. I received the J&J vaccine. One and done, yay. My arm ached a little immediately following the shot and stopped aching before I left the waiting room. I highly recommend the UCLA vaccination center.

i went to get my blood work done on Wednesday, i get very anxious going to the doctor but when i walked in all the staff were SO welcoming especially the girl who drew my blood- i think her name was Brianna Green, she made me feel very comfortable. everyone definitely needs more health care workers like that

I have come to this clinic several times and had great customer care, but the couple of of times that I've been taken care of Dr. Robert's I have been very disappointed. She does not seem to have any interest in helping you out at all, does not bother to run any test on you, would rather just prescribe what she thinks is convenient and she's out the door in about 5 minutes. Very dissatisfied with her services

My daughter dislocated her knee and we got in right before they closed. The staff go us in quickly and we were seen right away. They got her into xray and a brace and we were in and out in 30 min. NEVER had I had a more amazing urgent care experience. All of the staff were WONDERFUL and concerned and helpful and caring. We will never be going to a different urgent care. THANK YOU!

I called to make appointment today to see a GP for a specific illness today in late June. I was told next available appointment is not till next year ! Doctors are leaving UCLA Health Santa Clarita on TourneyRd ? Margaret suggested I complain to my Health Insurance Company. We've had excellent care by any doctors from UCLA Health in the past since they opened. What's going on ? Why are doctors there quitting ?
