I had to come out to the boonies because there were no appointments available anywhere sooner. The staff here are all so friendly! The doctor was nice looking and nice as well. The doctor did a great job trying to see how he could help. The office is modern and clean. The lobby actually is inviting and has a view! The atmosphere is relaxing. It was all so quick and painless I absolutely did not mind the drive. There’s a lot of parking available in front.

Excellent service!! It’s your responsibility to verify your copay where ever you go! I have never received bad service at any UCLA facility. I’m a patient for over 20 years.

They charge 2000+ just for 2 office visit no tests performed I was just talking to the doctor! Unbelievable.
Fun fact: UCLA charges you when dr responds to messages on the portal which is equal to a full doctor visit in other places.

I have been patient of UCLA Health just after they came to the Conejo Valley. I have seen a number of different doctors in several specialties and have been treated with kindness and concern. My questions are answered clearly and they will repeat answers when I seem to not understand. The portal allows me to ask questions outside having to come into the office. And if it requires a bigger explanation or examination, they reach out to tell me to come in. I am glad to have such excellent doctors and medical services available.

Make sure you check with your insurance how much you will owe. I asked the staff directly how much I will owe and they told me $10, a couple weeks later I open my email to a bill for $150. I will never be back because I don’t trust the staff to be upfront with how much I will owe.

UCLA health over charges for services. My family followed our pediatrician to this new company only to be bill shocked with our first visit. We returned to old office with new pediatrician. Rates are 4-5 times higher for same services. Sad we had to let our family doctor go.

RUN as fast you can, far away from this RIP OFF UCLA location facility!! The office is in suite 200 on 100 Moody Court. I just went there for a 15 minute appointment, and had to wait 50 minutes. I had been told prior to the appointment that UCLA accepted my insurance, otherwise I would not have gone to this new doctor. After getting pre-approved from my insurance company and from the intake office at UCLA, and waiting 8 weeks for the appointment they informed me when I arrived today, they didn't take my insurance. Since I was already there and fearful of possibly having throat cancer, I said I'd pay the cash price for the appointment. When I asked what the cash price would be, they said they had no idea, they could only give me the price after the appointment. I asked if they had a ballpark price... $100....$300? The receptionist said she could not give me a price, not even a range. Ridiculously rude! Since I had waited for 2 months for the appointment after being told they took my insurance I felt I had to take the appointment in fear of having to wait again for months for another appointment somewhere else while getting sicker. I had never been to an ENT, so I took the slot that I had waited for, for nearly 2 months. The doctor. Dr. Holliday, spent a less than 10 minutes getting my history, which I provided in written form, which he read in less than 2 minutes. Next, he did a nasal scope to look at my throat. The national average for this procedure is $267. Thankfully I am healthy, and all looked good. The CASH price for my 15 minute visit (since they didn't take my insurance) was over $1,600!!!! They wanted payment right then and there. Plus the scope device they used may not have been clean, as an assistant had used it for another patient while I was there, and when she returned it minutes later she was not wearing gloves. She couldn't hang it up correctly she said "this is really stupid!" as she yanked it into the wall unit.. It was gross. I hope it had been sterilized. On top of everything else, there was someone else's blood, a large dried brownish red spot that had dipped on the floor, which was really disgusting and a biohazard!! Stay away from this RIP OFF office unless you like to be ripped off and interacting with rude and unprofessional staff.
