It’s a dump. Something is always broken. It’s freezing all the time and no one onsite has access to the thermostat as they’re all under lock box. There aren’t enough doctors so your appointments take forever to get and once you have one they have less than 5 minutes, and anyone with a serious issue needs more time. If UCLA paid better I’m sure they could have more doctors. And the blood draw needs to be open same hours as the office.

By far the dirtiest and most run down doctors office I have ever seen.

Both elevators look to have been out of service for a long time, leaving only stairs to exit the parking garage so just be aware if you have a disability or go here for related treatment.

The entire place was filthy. Do they even have a janitor team here? Hair and what looked like dried spit on the floor inside the doctors office, marked up walls, stained floors….its clear they don’t care. If they can’t even keep the public facing stuff clean, I can’t imagine what happens behind closed doors.

Doctor was great! First floor reception staff were not good. Second floor admin staff were fine. Arrived for the first time. My doctor was not listed on the floor directory…so I went into the first floor to ask if my doctor was on that floor. The first floor staff cut me off before I could finish asking…instructing me to sign in. So I did. Then they asked who I was seeing, and then they said wrong floor. Lol. Went up to the second floor, and checked in. I did pre-check in, which helped me go in quickly, and on time. Doctor was great. Floors and rooms are a bit dated and neglected, but functional. There is complimentary parking under the building just west of the building. There is also street parking on riverside and other perpendicular side streets.

I've been a UCLA patient for a very long time and this is by far the worst location..
The lab on Alameda moved to this location and it is so nasty thrown together seems unorganized. Let's not forget to mention there is no actual RR in the space where the lab is you have to walk back out to the lobby with your urine cup.

The RR was gross that same feeling you would get going into a McDonalds bathroom. The stalls doors where wobbly , the handicap door wouldn't lock.

This is the closest lab since they moved from Alameda but I will not return!

Some of the doctors are ok, some of them will never see me again, that's for sure. Do your homework before making an appointment here. And you'll notice that this place books appointments just 15 minutes apart....so what does that tell you about the kind of attention you're going to be getting from the doctor? Most places book 20 mins these days, and that extra 5 mins makes a world of difference in my experience. The medical community should wise up and provide actual CARE, because pretty soon people are just gonna choose to go to a self-checkup machine instead, like the self checkouts at the grocery!!!

I'd give less stars if possible. Just to be clear, you'll be told to come in so that they can bill your insurance, see attached charge to my insurance $635 plus my $40 copay and the doctor did NOTHING! The nurse weighed me and put a blood pressure monitor on my finger, the doctor then came in and refilled my prescription on the computer and walked out. No hands ever touched me, and this cost almost $700, nice racket! This happened three more times where I was told to come in, get weighted and told I would be called; I'm still waiting to get called it's been almost a year now. If I call, I'll be told to come in!
A quack in Tijuana will give you better medical care for less money.

At first I was impressed with the service at this health location. Well, that changed after a hernia surgery was performed by a Dr. Biderman in November of last year. Co-coincidentally, it was his last surgery performed too. About a month or less after the surgery I experienced a nasty UTI which still exists today. What happened was that during the surgery a series of cysts developed on the bladder which kept the infection progressing. No antibiotics applied ever worked. NO JOKE. Of course there is much more to this story. And the government has investigated them finding certain definite improper issues. Of course, the problem exists and now another group will have to go to surgery to remove all of them. After a fashion, I believe the organization attempts to help. My issues were more on a political basis which of course is alien to the Hippocratic Oath taken by these professionals. And purely unethical.

Were I an urgent care, I would consider being open at the hours I publicized. This location makes a different choice!
