I had to visit two different Urgent Care locations. I visited the Redwood City office and then the San Bruno facility. In both places I received the same treatment though. I was met with courtesy, kindness as well as professionalism. This was from the receptionist, to the assistants and to the doctors! My questions were answered in a straight forward fashion with no condescension. I really appreciate that too. Thank You so much folks!

The words possible treatment. I had an appointment a year ago and just received an additional charge after 1 year. What they said is that they forgot to charge me (technical error) a year ago and it's time to pay now. It's the biggest scam even and they refused to refund. Will they charge additional costs in 5 years? I don't know, but I should probably block my card.

What I especially liked is the all female crew. All seemed highly educated and knew exactly what to do when I came in to get help. I was in and out of there within 45 minutes. If you go to emergency there for least six hours, this is my number one place go to in case of a situation I need help.

I arrived when it was not busy. I was checked in and taken to exam room. My injury was taken care of without delay. I was repaired and on my way. Excellent results!
I have had good luck at this Urgent Care location and would recommend to anyone needing that level of care.

Billed me 3 times for the same flu shot that I was covered by Aetna for. Every 5 months I get the bill, call billing on their line that's only open until 3pm Eastern time (?), they tell me they forgot to input my insurance info, it was a mistake on their end and will get it resolved, and then the bill shows up again.

4/11/25 edit: I already filled out the form 2 days ago, customer ticket number 541674. No response yet and today is the bill due date so I called the support number at 11am, spent 2 HOURS 41 MINUTES on hold, only for the line to be disconnected?! At least now I know why the billing line doesn't take anymore calls beyond noon. There isn't nearly enough support bandwidth to handle your inbound calls

I had severe abdominal pain yesterday. Thanks to UCSF Urgent Care (Redwood City), they relieved the pain quickly. The doctor, his assistant, and the receptionist were kind and highly professional.

I visited this urgent care centre with concerning symptoms, but unfortunately, the doctor misdiagnosed my condition and sent me home. I later found out that I had pneumonia, which was missed during my visit. While the staff were polite, I felt the level of care and thoroughness were lacking. I wouldn’t rely on this place for serious medical concerns.

First time visiting over the past weekend. I was impressed most with the ease of getting an appointment, quality of care, and very convenient location for me.

Will be a place I check first for future needs— especially given unexpected medical needs seem to come up on weekends.

Only minor concern was the wait was long considering there were not many patients. The staff is friendly and the facilities are nice, so made the wait a little better.
