Horrible office staff, scheduling is a joke! There is no care about the patient you will be treated like cattle with a wristband. The bathroom was out of the room in the lobby for more than a week. The amount of time wasted is utterly crazy with today's technology. I would stay away from here! The parking lot is a nightmare so be careful!

Horrible, unconcerned staff and thoughtless doctors. Appointments are weeks out, even if you are a long existing patient. You will be treated like a number, not a human being. The worst experience I have ever had with a primary care practice. None of these people should have ever chosen to work in healthcare. Irrational, rude, uncaring, and most of all, INCOMPETENT.

I just finished my radiation treatments a little under two weeks now and all I can tell you is "What an amazing experience". They were so attentive & caring & loving with me throughout my 28 sessions. They took their time and never rushed me for anything. I love and appreciate the entire staff from the ladies Sonia & Danielle at the front desk to Meredith, Iris, Vickie & Sara that place me on the radiation to my Dr Abramowitz and PA Heather. You will never regret having UM take care of you during such a trying time for many. And for everyone to be present when I rang the bell was even more amazing.

Blessed that the amazing Dr Mahtani and Dr Avisar are my doctors. The wonderful nurses Shirley and Colleen. The doctors team and staff are great; just wish that there was not an apparently, new policy, of consistently moving nursing staff around in their positions or shift of front of house staff, as it is very helpful, from the moment you walk through the door, for a patient to see familiar faces, who know your name.

Dr Kelly DeSouza and staff are some of the best in the world. She is extremely thorough and precise in all she does. Her entire staff will make you feel like family rather than "just a patient." Her options for pain management are stash of the art. Neuro Stimulater suggested and implanted relieving 70 - 80% of the pain caused by nerve damage. Dr DeSouza delivers the finest experience possible anywhere!

Horrible. what The dr.s don't tell you is that radiation to any area can damage your lymphatic system and cause you to have lymphedema which is incurable due to radiation. What kind of dr.s do not tell their patients of potential side effects as damaging as thisalso dr w. Doesn't do a pet scan after stage 4 radiation and chemo treatment? He only did a MRI of the radiated area and says, your cancer free? Only to have the cancer growing in other areas and the patient not knowing because he missed it? What kind of standard of care is this? . the dr.s here apparently collect a paycheck and do not care about the patients. This is about early detection and saving lives isnt it? Then why dont they do the correct thing? I'm disgusted and sad and hurt. My advice, get as many opinions as you can, even out of state before choosing this facility!!!
