This class is fast paced but Ms. Patrica knows her stuff. When she teaches skills, pay attention. She will provide you with everything you need to know. I felt confident going into my state exam. I passed both the skills and written exam on my first attempt! Highly recommend the CNA course!!

I would not recommend coming here if you are taking the N.A. skills exam. First of all, my test was randomly rescheduled with no explanation or phone call, only an email. My exam was at 9am and the proctor was late and she did not begin testing for skills until about 3pm. I was lucky to be the first to go, but others did not test until 8pm which is ridiculous.

This place is the most unorganized, and slowest office of any kind that I have been to. I came to get my CNA 1 state test, and have so far been waiting here for 10 hours. Quite literally, 10 hours. There was 9 people total who needed testing, and it's been about two people every hour and a half. I'm still waiting to go into the skill testing. I got here at 7:30 a.m. and probably wont leave until 6 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. Absolutely ridiculous

There's no perfect school. But If you listen good to your instructor which mine was Patricia, and do exactly what she said, you'll passed your State License exam on your first try esp, the Skills test. Proud CNA ,here !

Patricia, the supervisor, is probably one of the rudest people I've encountered, and I didn't even test there. Patricia clearly needs to work on her interpersonal skills, her telephone skills, and customer service skills. It baffles me that someone of her status talks to people in the manner that she does. I don't recommend this center for anything with someone like her running the program, as a supervisor. Thankfully, this center was closed due to inclimate weather, and apparently, that was a blessing in disguise! Will be scheduling elsewhere, and so glad I don't have to personally have to have a face-to-face encounter with such a clearly miserable individual.

The proctor (Patricia) was by far the worst proctor I have ever had. she would rudely talk during the paper exam and was on her phone the entire time and would talk during the hands on portion and would wait till you we're unable to go back to the step and tell you what you did wrong. The place was very unprofessional. I would suggest EVERYBODY to take any CNA test elsewhere!!!!

This place is the slowest office I ever seen in my life. If you need to take a state Exam consider going somewhere else do not come here. These folks will have you waiting for hours!

I was at this location for state exam, me and my friend will not go back again to this institute, Procter (Patricia)was very rude to me & as well as other girls who came for NC state exam, made racist comment about me, place was very dirty. I don't recommend to anyone who wants take state exam written or skills.
