If you need to get a medical lab test, I do not recommend coming here for one. They do not know how to properly file the paperwork needed for insurance. When I got tested here, they failed to send some paperwork to insurance, causing my claim to be denied. Also, the staff who runs the billing facilities here are very rude and dismissive. They did not help me when it came to figuring out why I owed the lab a very expensive bill. They just brushed me away and said I should just contact my insurance (which I already did)...

I had to go back and forth for WEEKS with the billing staff and my insurance to finally figure out what was missing to get the claim approved.

However, I will say the nurses and medical assistants here are very polite and nice. The counseling services here are also quite decent, as I've had positive experiences with the counselors working there.

After being a patient here couple of times, I can finally expose how unhygienic this place really is. There are still staffs who work in that area with improper training to where they do not wipe down each room (including beds) after a patient leaves. People who come in for COVID testing, Strep testing, any testing, some of the MA's do not wear gloves at all. Positive patient's who are positive with COVID, there are MA's who do not wear masks. There's risk, exposure and no protocol to have these MA's trained properly.

I've been told I have low blood iron levels by my primary doctor and of late I have been feeling very faint and have had tingling sensations in both hands and feet. This made me concerned, so I had called to try and book an appt here and was told, "Well what makes you think you have low blood iron levels? My family and I all take supplements, we do what we have to do" in response to this concern. I could not believe the neglectful behavior and disrespect in insinuating that I do not take supplements, which I do, and that the problem is inherently my fault. This type of attitude and behavior should never be present in any profession, especially in the medical field. Smh

went here while i was going to school at umass i had this weird blister on my leg the doctor told me it was a type of eczema found common on men above the age of 50... i was 18 at the time and i’m a girl so i knew this was wrong.. after a few doctors visits at the emergency room i found out i had impetigo that turned into MRSA from being untreated... i could have lost my leg if it went untreated farther. the doctors here are terrible i don’t recommend coming here unless it’s for something small

Terrible staff. Chatting in Spanish loudly in the room without acknowledging my appearance. Not updating documents timely even with email requests.

The staff was all very rude and when I had an issue with my foot, they told me nothing was wrong when there was a visible difference between the two.

Pretty sure they completely forgot about me in the waiting room because there was absolutely nobody else there and I waited for 30 minutes.
