I can easily see how patients and their issues could slide through the cracks here. Front desk staff occasionally have attitude problems. For some place so small and slow paced it seems odd. I worked in health care for over 18 years I get that's its hard to please everyone there are so many resources. There are lab services through quest in the office. I really only come here because it's the only place accepting new patients in my network but it's not bad other than way out of my way.

The doctors are great but the new administrative staff in the front end are not very professional or pleasant to deal with. Rude and uncaring. My whole family have been with doctor Scornavacca for 17 years, the past few years have been on a decline. Today was my worst experience with the staff. The lack of empathy or simple courtesy call to let a patient know that an appointment was being rescheduled.

They are very difficult to get on the phone and pretty unresponsive on MyChart. It’s a shame, I do like my doctor and the staff is generally pleasant. I’ve had an infection for weeks now and no one seems to see the multiple messages that I sent. I will be moving on.

I started seeing Dr. Ohara in this office many years ago) when she left I was sad about having a new Dr, because I really liked her a lot. I switched to Dr. Al Homsi and was pleasantly surprised as she was just as good as Dr. Ohara. When Dr Al Homsi left I thought for sure I wouldn't get lucky enough to find another great Dr. But Dr. Louidor Paulynice is my favorite of all. The staff there is wonderful, always pleasant and I feel as though they are truly there to help. Two days ago I was seen by a nurse practitioner and was not disappointed, she was great. I cant say enough good things about this office, im glad to be in their care

Was directed here after our PCP retired. Saw Dr. Al Homsi twice in about 7 months, but was told I was being assigned to another doctor, whom I never saw. Eventually changed to a different PCP. Four months later, I received a letter saying I was overdue for a physical. I called to inform them of the error and was on hold for 12.5 minutes before they got back to take my information. No apology for the long wait, etc. Unimpressive

Unresponsive, impatient with questions and disorganized. It took me 2 days calling 3 or 4 times to eventually get an on call doctor . Not the place you imagine to be reliable if you have an emergency health issue or need something.
