My experience was very good. The gentleman who handled my request was very kind and knowledgeable. He let me know how the entire process worked and how long it would take to get the car seat for my son. Then, the installation and adjustments to ensure the child's safety and comfort were a success. I am very grateful to the company and to Mr. Erik. He has the highest rating in my opinion.

I was referred to this company through a third-party because I needed specialized medical equipment. This company, and specifically Jose (Joee), went above and beyond to help me. He made the entire process seem so easy and seamless, which isn’t common in the medical field. He was firm with my insurance company and made sure the equipment I received was top of the line and accommodated all of my requests/needs. His entire staff from Dawn in the office to Eric, the guy who brought me my equipment were extremely helpful and professional. Dawn was so willing to do whatever she could to assist me and Eric stayed as long as he was needed to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable with my equipment. Their attentiveness, timing, care for their customers is unparalleled to any other medical equipment facility I’ve ever had to work with. I look forward to working with them again and referring my friends to them for their medical equipment needs!

I don't think I can express in words how amazing this DME team is. John and Eric have been great, amazing customer service. Excellent at their job! My son's insurance has approved every single item, John has done an incredible job with requesting prior authorizations in a timely manner and explaining the documentation needed, delivery of the items was so quick! Hands down the best in south Florida 🙌
