From start to finish I had the best care! I was warmly greeted by the front desk and then was shortly welcomed by the MA who was friendly and efficient. The MD was warm yet professional, I left with a sense of empowerment and a sense that my team is looking out for me!

When I first started the clinic roughly a yr now ,I saw Dr.Eby and at first I was very pleased with him he listened and was caring and looked me straight in the eyes .but after the past roughly 4 months he's changed and not for the good ,I found out my insides are coming out (prolapse vaginas)and he kinda freaked and didn't want to even look but he did then laughed and said yes your insides are coming out just push up on it and you should be fine .I was shocked then as he's taking to me he starts nodding off and twitching his fingers like he was nervous,when im the patient and nervous as hell that I have a very serious health issue going on and he acts like this .nope he's to young in my opinion and needs more knowledge about certain medical issues ,I left the office feeling uneasy and not good at all now I'm worse in pain and all I keep getting is the run around from him his nurse and the clinic looking to change Drs but not easy these days and being on Medicaid at this rate my insides will fall out. Sincerely a very upset patient M.yarroll.

5 stars for Dr. Cox. I have been at this office for over ten years and with Dr Cox for only a few, but I am always blown away by her interest in quickly handling whatever issue I may have at the time. She explains things well, and is casual enough to put me at ease. I definitely recommend her! 🙂

The new doctor for me was absolutely the most concerned physician I've came across since convince. He listened to me and gave me feedback on every issue I brought to him. Thanks so much I feel as if things will get better.

I seen Dr. Christopher Eby. I've never had a doctor so kind, that listened and actually had some knowledge about what I'm talking about, and showed general concern to getting to the bottom of what's going on with me. I can't recommend this place enough. After struggling to find a decent doctor, I'm glad to say that I have found the care I have been looking for. For a while now. I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't be sorry you did!!

I love my Dr Lindsey at Northeast community center but Dr Eby made me feel as comfortable as she did. His people skills were magnificent and it's understanding of my problems was very extensive. I recommend this place to anybody who needs help.

Since Dr. Chester retired. Dr Cox is the 1 Dr I have left that actually listens to me. Before I had 2 Doctors that understood my unique medical history & condition. I’m now on my 3rd hematologist since Dr. Chester retired. The new one seems really good & I like her. Unfortunately she can’t get me in for my iron infusion until January, because their infusion room is booked until then. I’m leaving on Christmas Eve through New Year’s Eve to spend the holidays & my birthday with my daughter & granddaughter. My only hope is that the hospital ER will see that my ferritin levels are still dropping (even though my H&H might still within normal range). That they will give me the interferon/iron infusion. I really don’t want to spend my holidays in a Houston, TX hospital or ER

Great visit. Went in got checked what needed to be. All my questions and concerns answered. I did receive a too big of knee brace but still all worked out. Very nice staff. They acted quickly on getting me a knee brace that fit correctly.
