Only reason I'm leaving two stars is because some of the nurses have just been incredibly nice like nurse Jackie. But honestly this place has just turned into a nightmare. Not even being able to get an appointment for a month after I had a miscarriage. They act as though they are so important they don't have time for anyone or anything. If they're having such a problem with being short on doctors, maybe they should start looking for more to put in the office or outsource other doctor offices when they get too full.
I had issues during my pregnancy and I called once and had a nurse give me the most unnecessary attitude. I was worried and they kept pushing my concerns off like it was nothing and it turns out I had a failed pregnancy. I was told all of the ultrasounds I was receiving was per my request but that was not true. It's almost like they acted like they knew I had a failed pregnancy early on and instead of telling me they just let me continue to get ultrasounds. I did not have a good experience with this doctor's office. Even though they are very nice. They seem like they are just too busy which should not be the patience fault...

Wish i can give 0 stars. So i started coming christiana union on at 137 west high street for prenatal care. Excited me and my fiance about how well my pregnancy progressing through my own determination not theirs after having several miscarriages. Well once they see me they determine i’m high risk due to my bmi alright i hear you cool, well i was told that i will need to deliver somewhere else because they’re not equipped i guess to handle anyone with a bmi that’s high , alright fine. I and my fiance was told by Dr Li , her exact words verbatim, don’t worry we won’t just leave you out there like that we will find you a hospital and obgyn who can care for you but you will be seen with us up until close to you giving birth , we will have that hospital come here to do your ultrasound you don’t have to go there. At that time i’m around 15~16 weeks . Great i say thank you . Well when i got home that same exact day i get a call from John’s Hopkins OBGYN in Baltimore, scheduling me for prenatal cool i still didn’t think anything. Well i have another appointment with christiana on 1/2/25 i had to do a 3 hour GTT test because my 1 hour GTT test was high. Well i get to see the nurse practitioner instead of Dr. Li i was in with her no more than 1~2 minutes tops. My concern i had was dismissed my baby heart rate was 163 she tells me . So i’m done lol literally. Before i seen her i complained to the receptionist that i was working to breathe , i couldn’t breathe , she says ill check your pulse but im not supposed to , please don’t say nothing. I said i wont. My O2 was normal, my heart rate was high she informed me, she said tell the doctor, well i told them & i was dismissed as whatever because they already had a plan that that day was my last visit with them. I get home and get another call from Christiana OBGYN that yes today will be your last appointment with us. Me : what? How? You guys just did a 3 hour GTT test not to mention 4 days ago i just dropped off my 24 hr urine which i didn’t get my results on that, i’m 19 weeks & 4 days at this time mind you . I feel very much like having that feeling of when someone doesn’t want to touch you, you know? Worst OBGYN office i ever in my life experience yet been too. Please if you can’ go else where . Horrible place

I’m 6 months pregnant . Both doctors have rescheduled my appointment back to back , haven’t been seen in 6 weeks already so by the time I’m seen it will have been two months . Not reliable , not professional . SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND TAKE THE DRIVE. Do not go here. I’m honestly scared they won’t show up for my birth who knows they might have an emergency or something better to do.

Dr. Felicia Hawkins is fantastic. She delivered my 2nd child March of 2023 and is seeing me for my third now. I’m 19 weeks pregnant and still have nothing but positive things to say about this office. Front desk staff is kind and informative. The nurses are genuine and attentive. The place is clean and they treat people with human decency. If something comes up, as is life, they accommodate the best of their ability. I’ve had real connections with this staff and even tho people come and go, the compassion stays. Thank you for a great experience. And Dr. Hawkins, thank you for what you do everyday.

0 stars. My second pregnancy with Dr. Li was wonderful. After my birth with her I ended up getting pregnant and not being able to keep it for reasons that the dr knew were legitimate. She judged me and basically left me in the dark…one week later miscarried.I called Dr. Li and her care team numerous times during this and never got a call back or advice and was left at home bleeding and scared and in the er on and off for a week. I’m disgusted with her care over the past 4 months. She and apparently other physicians in this office put their own biased opinions on their patients care. I’m disgusted.

The reception was incredibly rude during my visit. I had a scheduled appointment, but upon arriving, I was informed that the doctor had an emergency and would not be available. Surprisingly, I never received a courtesy call notifying me of the cancellation, despite the significant effort I put into arranging time off work, driving for almost one and half hours, and enduring a two-month wait for the appointment. When I presented the front desk the confirmation message for my scheduled visit, the reception lady dismissively stated that my appointment had been cancelled without providing any notification or explanation. There are no apology extended, and the overall interaction was extremely discourteous. The entire burden of the situation was unfairly placed on me. This has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience I have encountered.

I’ve had only positive experiences with most doctors, Ive only ever had one really negative experience that made me not want to come back.

Most of the front staff is fine, the only issue i have consistently is that i have to track down my test results. If i don’t call asking about my results, they will not call me for at least a week. Which is very annoying especially when it’s a blood test that i was told should have results within 24 hours.

I went to this obgyn because I’m starting my fertility journey. The doctor judged me the whole time while talking about having a family then told me I as too skinny to get pregnant. Did not provide me any advice and order any testing to give me reassurance that she acknowledged the reason for my visit. Very upset with there notification system as well. Should be receiving reminders through email or text day before.
