This is a terrible medical equipment company, full of fraud and lies.

Two months ago, I received my insurance approval letter for this medical equipment provider. Since then, I have called them almost every week to check on the progress. What was initially supposed to take two weeks has been delayed for a full two months.

Today, I finally received a call from them, only to be told that I would not be able to get my medical equipment—even though I already have an approval letter from my insurance company.

Everyone here, including their supervisors, is deceitful and dishonest. At this point, I strongly suspect they have used my approval letter for illegal profit.

I went to pick up my dads shower chair, cause I'd received their call on last Friday late afternoon. I told them I'll come on Monday to pick up.
After they'd checked all information, I told them my dad is in hospital now.
Suddenly an old lady yelling from her office window, said " You can not pick up the chair now, we won't get pay" I asked "Why".
Another men(maybe is the owner) came out from their office , with very bad attitude said. if you want to pick the chair now, you have to pay first.
Originally, this is not a big of the deal, but people like me, we don't know much of the procedure of insurance process.
We pay our insurance fee, we are not asking free items. Why we gets no services and attitudes! Bad people ! Will never go again!!!!

This place is totally dishonest and unscrupulous. Avoid using it at whatever cost. It makes the mafia look like the Girl Scouts of America.
My medical provider (Allied Pacific) sent them a letter authorizing giving me 2 pairs of compression stockings. Dr. Quan (director of the business) tried to tell me that the 2 meant only 2 stockings and not 2 pairs. I told him that I'd been being given 2 pairs for over 6 years. He refused to give me 2 pairs. Only after I called Allied Pacific and they called him, did he give me the 2 pairs. The CROOK did the same thing 6 months later when I went to get 2 more pairs. (They are only giving 1 pair to customers, but no doubt billing the insurance for 2 pairs). Two weeks ago when I picked up two pairs of the compression stockings, when I opened them at home, one had a stain on it 1 inch by 3/4 inch. They don't take back anything that leaves the store, so I contacted Allied Pacific. The director lied to the Allied Pacific person when they contacted them and TOLD THEM THEY HAD OPENED THE PACKAGeS AND SHOWN ME THE STOCKINGS. This was a blatkant LIE. Had they done so, I would have easily seen the large stain. They refused to take the stained pair back. THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY LACKING IN INTEGRITY. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Went rhere last friday to get foley catheters. Was told i neede an authorization from medical. Ok. They got the authorization yesterday so I should be able to pick up the cathers. Wrong they don't have them. Why don't you tell your new customers. If I have to continue self catherization will find a new store.

I ordered one piece of medical equipment that did not work for me. So I gave them a call to return it. Be careful! They act like they will pick it up free of charge. Then they charge your credit card a ridiculous pick up amount.
