Placed an order on Dec 19. Never received item or an email with shipping info. Was told that due to poor weather and the holidays, they got behind, but the item would ship soon. Still no item or email. Called and was given some excuse with a 10% refund. I did receive the 10% refund. Still no item and no email with shipping info. Sent another inquiry email looking for an update, followed up 2 days later with a call and left a voicemail requesting a call back and that I want my ordered cancelled. Have no heard back via phone or email. Further calls, and no one ever answers. It is currently Jan 26, and no item and no email with shipping/tracking info. This is poor service for any company, but especially a medical supply company. And to think, a home health nurse specifically recommended this. I intend to let the home health company aware of the incredibly disappointing service from this company. I have filed a dispute with paypal and if that doesn't result in a refund, then I will file a fraud claim with my bank.

Placed an order for a walker on 1/22. The website said the product would ship in 5-7 business days. On the 8th business day, I called to get a status. No response. On the 10th busness day following my order, same thing. Sent an e-mail a couple days ago and still no response. I'll have to dispute this through my credit card. I'll take a small percentage of the blame for not reading these other reviews. Ordered from a competitor
on 2/7 and received walker today, 2/9 (2 day free shipping).

If I can I would give them a negative rating. Read the reviews and save yourself the headache of trying to get your merchandise. I order a product at the cost of 180.00 the middle of December and their web site says 5-7 business days here it is February and no product. And forget about talking to someone or getting a response from emails. Thank god I paid through PayPal and filed a complaint and got my money back. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered transport. Chair in december before christmas, kept calling to ask if item had been shipped is now february ,still have not received chair, called many times. Finally said chair was in backorder wiuld be shipped in 3 to 5 days. Still have not received chair.

Terrible. Placed an order on 12/2. When I called on 12/5 to inquire about a ship date, I was put on hold and when they returned to the call all they could say is that it takes 5-7 business days to ship from the manufacturer. It's eight business days later. Still no ship date or any email form the company providing any concern or status of my order.

Ordered a medical footstool and have not received it. It cost $54.99. Have called the company twice and emailed twice. They have not responded. Frustrating experience. No way to run a business. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
