Main entrance looks like Urgent Care but this health clinic specializes in medical, dental and optometry. The waiting area for each specialty blends into one long waiting room with a mix of seating options. With many modern design touches throughout, you feel in competent hands. Restrooms are spacious and gender neutral for families and individuals.

I made an eye appointment three weeks ago. I went directly to the optometry sign. there were two clerks, I go to the first one and she tells me “ you need to get in line and I say for optometry? there’s no line. she says, “oh that’s the next window”. Sign was above both clerks. This employee was very unfriendly, no “Good Morning” no welcome to UHC” nothing ! She seemed unhappy to be there but if you need a job ( many people are unemployed not by choice), just suck it up & represent your health center in a friendly professional manner. FYI: UHC isn’t the only game in town.
Signed in & waited. Mom‘s name is called & I get up so my elderly 89 yr old mom who needs assistance walking can stay seated. I go up and the clerk tells me “ your mother is not due for an eye exam until August so you will need to reschedule “ I said, “ isn’t it the department‘s responsibility to check this prior to the patient coming into the appointment.” She said, “ yes it is but we were so short staffed that no one had time to do that yesterday”. I said, “ that is not an acceptable answer”. This clinic employs incompetent, lazy, lack of common sense & unprofessional people. I should’ve read reviews prior to making an appointment. Due to lack of competency at this UHC clinic my mom had to change her morning routine & step outside in the cold weather for what? Nothing! I even took time off work for this!! DO NOT ignore the negative reviews trust me they’re true. apparently supervisors and managers at this clinic do not care because some of these reviews are old. What happened to their customer service pledge? "At United Health Centers, we are committed to doing everything we can for our patients”. It’s a no brainer that I plan to take mom elsewhere. I hope Justin Preas takes notice. I’m sure I still have his cell # maybe a call is in order?

WORST, I mean by far the worst doctors, NPs, nurses, I've ever experienced! Waited three hours while the center was empty, when I finally got brought in, nurses were just on their phones laughing and texting. The one who took my blood pressure and stats, she told me to stand on the scale, then tells me to get off- proceeds to ASK ME What it said? Didn't check my fever. The NP comes in all rude didn't take into consideration how much we waited how terrible condition I was in. Proceeds to talk over me, just looking up symptoms on the computer.

I went there to establish Primary doctor for future appointment and I trying to ask something about insurance but I got bossy reaction from the receptionest who is overly makedup .They need to be kind and polite . so I left to establish bissiness somewhere else because I can't handle that kind of reception everytime I visit here. staffs need to be educated for professionalism.

My husband and I highly recommend this health center. Charlene was helpful in scheduling our appointments. Maggie assisted our doctor. She was pleasant and kind. We are both happy to be new patients of Dr. Bains. He is a caring doctor who listens. He is happy to be your advocate in helping you to be as healthy as you can be. With the knowledge and guidance of Dr. Bains, we're on the right path for better health! Thank you, Dr. Bains, and staff! We appreciate you!

I recently moved to this location and so far I really like it. There’s a good amount of seating. My new doctor, Dr. Kaur was amazing. The girl who helped attend me too was so professional and just went beyond amazing service. They helped me schedule an appointment that would work for me and answered my questions. I felt so cared for.

Customer service isn't good. They don't smile. They snap at people. I saw them roll their eyes at an older patient. This is sad. If you ask them a question they give attitude.

Have your Attorney handy if you're going to be coming here. Trust me you will not want to be here for long, only come here if you're desperate and have no other option. You can't even call them directly. You have to use a call center. There are several reasons why they have such a low rating and it's just going to get lower. Don't bother wasting your time here. Just find another doctor while you can. Don't make the same mistake I did and get trapped here. I'm going to be switching as soon as I can.
