Literally go anywhere else but this place….

The ladies at front desk for the optometrist are absolutely horrible. I received my glasses back in January and the prescription was off. I let them know that it was not right and they told me to continue to wear them. This messed up my eye sight and when I told them again it was wrong, they told me I had to get used to it. I went back a couple months later and let them know… and sure enough, my prescription was off. They tested me again and before my prescription was sent, I asked to have my lens shaved down since the first pair was thick and I was willing to pay out of pocket for it. The lady told me they didn’t offer it. I picked up my glasses the other day and asked again, and the lady said they do offer it but now I have to pay 50 to get them shaved down but an additional 45 because I didn’t let them know sooner so a whole new prescription has to be ordered. On top of this, their availability and appointments are always booked up so it’s nearly impossible to get seen, especially if it is an emergency. I go to UHC for my doctor and have never had a bad experience with them.

I have never wrote a review for any business or company before this but my experience with UHC Reedley’s optometry was so bad. If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would.

This Medical Organization has a serious problem you have to go through a call center that nobody wants to answer. They still have a recording from 2020 stating the cause of Covid. Your wait time might be longer than normal its 2025. The recording is outdated and the wait time on hold is outrageous when they finally do answer you if you're lucky most of the time you're not they will direct you to the correct office that you need in either case the office you do get, they're no hurry to answer you either. You're on hold for an unholy amount of time before they answer and unfortunately when they do answer usually it's the wrong office and you had to go through the process all over again.

Urgent care is misleading, both as advertised and as informed when called.

I had a urgent situation and called to verify if they were open earlier this Sunday morning. I made my way from Dinuba to Reedley because that UHC in Dinuba advertised Urgent care but does not provide it. I arrive at Reedley to a "24/7" clinic to find no one available. This is the second time this occurs to my family.

I called again and the representative was unable to escalate my concerns.

This is a disservice to the community.

I found it to be very unprofessional my first visit. Doctor Kaveh & me had a misunderstanding and he wrote a bad review on my chart so other doctors could see.... some of the staff were gossiping about other patients. If I could I'd give it a zero star.... 🙅🏼‍♀️

I came in Thursday it was good. I was told to walk in for labs and schedule a physical as well. I wanted a lab appointment but they said its walk in only on weekends. I live 40minutes away. This is the closest location for me for weekend labs and urgent care. They did not order my labs. I waited 45minutes for them to tell me that they didn't have my order. I lost HOURS of my day today. The doctor doesn't work weekends so they can't ask them to put the order in. I'm trying to get ahead of what's going on with me and now I have to wait longer to feel better. I want you to know that a slight oversight can really cause some issues. Please do better.

I have to say that although I understand the overwhelming abundance of patients due to COVID-19 25 minutes on hold so far is absolutely ridiculous! I’ve also tried to schedule online with no return communication on an appointment and I’ve called and been hung up on before anyone even answers the phone numerous times. The only way I have been able to schedule here is through work or by walking in. I have been emailed an appointment that is supposed to take place online with no directions or links to where this appointment is supposed to take place. So here I am…. once again on hold for what is about to be 30 minutes just to find out how to meet with the doctor online at 11:30. 🙄 WOW! Disappointed to say the least!

Finally got through and online doesn’t mean online… it means over the phone. This is unbelievable! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I went to take my brother for his appointment the lady at the front desk told me I couldn’t take him because I’m not his mother she was giving a lot of attitude then she said she needed my id for the paper I needed to sign I went for it in my car not thinking much just trying to get the appointment over with she then told me once I came back in that I couldn’t take him to his appointment. She was very unprofessional because once you look up a patient on the computer it’ll show the reason of the visit but she made me go and get my id com back to tell me I couldn’t just to mess with me I really feel like they have to try and make the patients comfortable I’ve never had a problem with that clinic all the girls in the front desk are all so helpful but this one was being rude with an attitude and unprofessional.
