I'm fighting cancer can't get through to make appointment.and finally when I do i get a rep.Cynthia that can't find me in system is distracted on the phone with other reps. Their laughing and planning while I'm speaking to her she's covering the phone talking away..I don't have time to waste, NEXT!
Now I know why rated so low..thank goddesses I could still find another facility!

This place has terrible reviews and now I understand why, please run away from this place and find another location, don’t waste your time here or you may be so disappointed and frustrated as I am now, I booked an appointment two months ago and a day before my appointment I got a text message not a phone call but a text saying that my appointment has been canceled due to not having a technician the day of my appointment and they reschedule me for December 23, I came to this place as a dr referral due to a mass discovered on my left breast, I have been living in fear this past months since I found out, and had the hope I was going to get some answers soon and feel more at peace, and this people just canceled on me!!! so now I have to wait 4 months to get my exam done and know what’s my diagnosis and if something is wrong or not. Now I know why breast cancer is sometimes not detected on time, if this is how long you have to wait to get check and diagnose, this people is working with patients that lives may be at risk and they don’t give a crap about pt lives or about just doing their job.

They get pretty busy here, but everyone seems to be doing their best. Nobody ever picks up the phone though. Long hold times to schedule an appt. Perhaps they can implement an online system? 6 stars for Dara in the MRI Center who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. He made my office visit much more enjoyable! Thank you. 🙏🏽

I'm genuinely annoyed. For the most part, I've thought the service was alright when I've had my appointments, especially when it comes to wait times. I'm just frustrated with the fact that I got referred here to do am mri with blue dye, just to find out once I got to the appmnt, they did not offer the blue dye, which would've been helpful to know prior and right before they even set up the MRI so I can get referred somewhere else... especially if they had the referral on hand (which I'm sure it states I needed the dye) . My only other concern is being able to get in contact with the office when needed. I wasn't having issues with getting ahold of them before up until today. But I have an appmnt today, and have been trying to figure out if it was at 8 or 830pm. But found out that supposedly their office closes at 4:30. (Which would be helpful to add on to the hrs on Google just in case because clearly it differes from the actual hrs of the clinic) But on top of that, I still had issues getting a hold of them even though I called around 4. I had to call like 4-5 times because they never got back to my voicemail that I left. Which is infuriating because the reviews were right. They're hard to get a hold of and never get back to you.

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment and finally got a call n they had 2 spots open for an ultrasound and a mammogram .. luckily I got here early , 3 hrs waiting for a technician for a mammogram .. not happy with this .. I know we are all short staffed but why schedule when ur people don’t get here in time? Not happy . Gonna havey dr refer me somewhere else

I visited for a CT scan and although the service and technician were excellent, the restrooms in the facility were disgusting and had biohazardous body fluids on the walls and floors which did not appear to have been cleaned in a long time, if ever.

The equipment did seem clean. Everything was great except for the restroom:(

Excellent experience with open MRI service!

I have severe claustrophobia and needed to undergo two MRI exams, which took almost two hours inside the MRI machine. I am so grateful to Manager Robert, who gave me the opportunity to do a test run, explained everything, and allowed me to bring a friend inside the MRI machine room. The technician was very kind and professional. I felt so safe, and my claustrophobic symptoms didn't even bother me during the exam! I am so grateful to Robert and his team! Yes, it is difficult to make an appointment because you need to wait on the phone line for 20-30 minutes, but it is worth it!

They do not even deserve a 1 star. They never answer calls or call back. They all should be working for a penitentiary or maybe leaving in one
