I would not recommend this establishment. I was given an order for xray from urgent care doctor and told they accepted walk-ins. I arrived early when they opened. The ladies at the front desk were friendly, however unwilling to accommodate. I was told they were too booked and could not fit me in. Mind you there was 2 patients in the building. At Santa Clarita Imagining they will gladly accommodate walk-ins with 10 patients in the waiting room. I wasted time and gas to go all the way across town for absolutely nothing. I recommend Santa Clarita Imagining over this place all day

Excellent customer service care from the moment I walk in to the moment I received my abdominal ultrasound! I had the pleasure of meeting the Ultrasound Technician Amy who was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and soft spoken. Amy goes above and beyond when it comes to providing such professional services… she continued throughout the whole process making sure I was okay. The ultrasound was extremely comfortable and her caring ways were very much appreciated! I received a call today from Jayme! She was also excellent extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! What a wonderful and caring set of employees over there! I highly recommend! Please recognize your awesome team of employees, it is because of them that patients like me are so very grateful for!

It’s 0835 and this office is not open. 8:30 opening mean exactly that. And, leaving a VM is not working. This is not a good start

These girls are so professional and fast and everytime I schedule I don't have to wait weeks before getting in. I have been here about six times from X-Rays to MRI's and it has always been a place where I will definitely come back.

Long wait and then the tech did nothing to make the MRI process comfortable. Be very careful also to ensure this Imaging facility in within your insurance PPO. My insurance declined my claim because they used an out-of-network PPO. The Medical Claim and billing department not at all helpful simply saying the bill is my responsibilty. I would go elsewhere.
