United Medical is under new management. I had a very good customer service experience with them. Felicia was very nice to me. The Branch Manager- Greg Russell went out of his way to make sure I had the proper c pap equipment and that everything was working correctly. I really felt they cared.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a medical equipment supplier. They went above and beyond what I have experienced with other medical equipment suppliers.

I have found United medical to be Liars. They called and wanted me to do an oximetry test. They were very clear that there would be no charge to me. They repeated that there is no charge for the test. I am looking at my bill at this moment. If they tell you there is no charge, DON"T believe them !!!!

This is the worst medical supply business I've ever dealt with... My wife uses their oxygen machine.. Every time she needs supplies, they say they will ship them out immediately and it NEVER, I mean NEVER happens. We always have to call a second time... This has been going on for years..

We are going to find another medical supplier.
