This company has been amazing. Their sale staff were kind and courteous. They showed us seven different machines before we found one that would work well for our needs. They spent a great deal of time walking us through the different machines and the options that each offered. They allowed us to bring physicians from our clinics into their offices to try out the machines. We could not have had a better experience.
By the time We had finished with our comparative analysis we were able to buy with a lot of confidence. We knew we were getting an excellent value. They even sent a trainer into one of our clinics that was all the way out in Salinas to make sure that we had a seamless integration with our doctors and patients needs on site.
I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for ultrasound equipment. Whether it’s your first machine for your fifth machine you’ll get the best service and value.

Incredible customer service. I bought an ultrasound machine from UMI four years ago and needed a quick repair for my transducer. The whole team not only remembered me from my initial purchase, but seriously bent over backwards to get my probe fixed and back to me in Minnesota in LESS THAN 48 HOURS so it would be ready for my patients. Chris came to our office to service our ultrasound machine. He was very professional and explained his findings once he was done. I then had an issue with the machine a couple of weeks afterward and contacted the company. The receptionist quickly got hold of Chris who called me back with the information I needed to get the machine operating again. Very kind staff and Chris did a great job!

I started a new office a few weeks ago. They left me in charge of getting the terason tab 3200 back up and running. Not my fav machine. Also, we were having trouble dicom uploads of studies. Chris helped me at least once a week for hours at a time. He help the me fix the machine several times. He has a great amount of patience and knowledge about the terason. If there was something he didn’t know he quickly used his resources to find out. My office is in NY and the busiest clinic I’ve ever seen. The turn around time from UMI was quick and efficient. Not a moment wasted. I really appreciate the help they offered with such great customer service. I literally was contacting them as early as 5am and as late as 8pm. Chris always responded and was always there. I have another company that I contact to work on the Dicom PACS issues and it was the complete opposite. I just need to get my work done. Without Chris and UMI I would still be stuck. I can’t thank them enough.

The owner is one of the best people I’ve ever meet. Very down to earth and helpful. I’ve worked at a clinic where Chris visited multiple times and he was extremely competent and helpful. The doctor at the clinic was excruciatingly demanding but Chris and the owner went up and beyond more than anyone I can ever think can do. Their team has provided me with immense amount of favors. This place is highly recommended!!! Can’t get better!!
