I have mail that's never delivered about one very 2 months. Companies wait for payment and after 2 months, I have to Fedex them payment. This P.O. doesn't care about customers and delivery. Someone is screwing up and there's no management at all!

Getting out of your car in this heat is awful, But what's worse is getting really bad service, I waited in line for almost 15mins at this post office for nothing. How pathetic is it when a post office can't offer you 3 inches of scotch tape for a BDAY card. Wow what a humongous difference there is from one post office to another, at both palm springs post offices we always get Fantastic service, always super friendly clerks ready to help, I've gotten tape from them for various things. Unlike the Cathedral city post office their superiors do supply them with tape. This happened around 4pm today Wednesday

This Post office is absolutely pathetic. I was trying to fill my envelope and this employee that I took a photograph of just snaps at me and tells me " not to do it there because her counter was open" really You didn't have to be so abrasive and idiotic about it for goodness sake. She needs to take some happy pills or something. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. If any of you people want to be treated like a five-year-old child? by all means go here. This is the reason why the US Post Office is going downhill like it is. Obviously the low rating on google speaks for itself. They treat their customers like garbage. #neveragain. Peace!

Terrible, awful post office. One person at the front seems to know what she's doing and/or is capable of being professional. The others don't seem to have even basic reasoning abilities of any kind.

It's useless to get into a line, because most of the workers will just point at someone and call up whoever they want.

The "manager" was walking around the lobby dressed like....a stripper, maybe? A cocktail waitress? She was unpleasant to coworkers and patrons alike.

All customer service to any and all customers was stopped for several minutes so that all postal employees in front of and behind the counter could participate in a conversation about how many keys on the office's keychain simply don't work.

Need to remember to never, ever come here....but none of the other ones seem to be much better.

It's amazing how many of my Amazon packages get lost at the Cathedral City post office! Even when I track my package, it reads they're out for delivery and then somehow it makes it back to the Cat City post office and then it's lost. Too consistent with "losing" packages.

I could not find the link to the customer service survey on your website, so I will provide my customer service experience here.

I have nothing but nice things to say about this particular post office. The few times I have visited this establishment have been great. The last time I went I was helped by an employee named Victor. He greeted me with a smile and instantly fulfilled the task I asked of him. I was in-and-out in 5 minutes. Give him a raise please, he was very helpful.

This place was lazy and unprofessional and then they had some employee who is like shouting over to the guy who was helping me telling me that I was holding up the line. But they had my package on the scale behind the plexiglass and it was heavy I couldn't even get it. So after she was extremely rude to me I just reached around the plexiglass. They said they won't ship a battery. And I get that I couldn't ship my product but you didn't have to be extremely rude to me and the process telling me I'm holding up the line. You guys held up the line buynot giving me my package ego issues
