Shout out to Sara at North Crossing ! She is very outgoing and personable. She took the time to hear my concerns, even though we were only there for a vaccine appointment. She gave me insight to the vaccine and walked me through it before it was administered, which helped prepare me to help my baby. After hearing my concern for my babies skin, she sent me home with a sample of the cereve baby lotion and wash. My babies skin is definitely loving it, and was very needed. Hope to see her again at our future appointments, thanks Sara for being great!

The building was new and clean but the service was lacking. While the nurse was going over my info with me in the exam room another nurse barges in, doesn't knock, and asks the nurse with me what she wants to order for lunch. After my visit I was with someone trying to set up a follow-up appointment and her colleagues kept interrupting her while she was talking to me. I asked for directions on how to get back to the main lobby and no one would help me. There was no coat rack to hang my soaking wet rain jacket.
I honestly don't know if I can trust this place with my health care needs.

Very unprofessional. I went in for a swollen face and head that I had for a week. Nurse M Menken checked my ears and throat and told me at some point I need to follow up with my family doc. She then leaves the room and her nurse came in to discharge me. I said wait a minute I wasn't diagnosed or offered and treatment. The nurse goes and gets Menken who comes in acting like she wants to fight. I said I wasn't diagnosed or offered any treatment ideas. She says just keep an eye on it and go see someone else. I said I bet your going to charge me and my insurance for price right. She said it's express she can do what she wants. Very bad service.

The service here has gone down hill.. Nobody knows anything. I understand the complex things. But both were very simple. The main response here has become can I have your insurance. Copay. And just go see your doctor. Sad. Because they used to care. And they used to be able to diagnosis simple things like a uti. Or allergy. But those days are gone. Welcome to the urgent care billing department.
