I recently had tongue tie release surgery at Untethered Airway Health Center. The front office staff was welcoming, warm and very competent. I felt very well cared for by Dr. Turner and her assistant Sylvia, had everything explained thoroughly and all of my many questions answered completely. Beyond the actual hands on care I received, I was impressed with the relationship between Dr. Turner and Sylvia. There was a mutual respect and appreciation for one another that, as a retired dental assistant myself, impressed me. They worked like poetry in motion to make the surgery seamless and comfortable. I would unequivocally recommend this practice to anyone!

The entire team at this clinic was wonderful. My son had a very tight tongue tie at 6 years old. We did therapy before the tie with Courtney (and will after as well), she's excellent with kids and making everything understandable to my son and myself! Dr. Liz Turner is EPIC. Has the mindset of a holistic momma that translates beautifully to her patients. On the actual tie release day, she was efficient and a master distractor to help my son not see the intensity of the surgery. I knew from research and my mom gut that going to a regular dentist was not the right route and I'm so grateful I listened to my instinct!

We love Dr. Turner and the whole team at Untethered! We were just there for our newborn’s tongue and lip tie releases and I appreciated how much time they spent with us, evaluating our baby, talking through the procedure, giving us post-op instructions, etc. They took such great care of our baby and everything was smooth and easy. We received fantastic care for our son who had a lip and tongue tie release. They do an amazing job informing parents and just supporting them to be confident in the after care of the procedure. They don’t take insurance which is a bummer, but for us it was worth the care that we received. Dr. Turner was amazing and so gentle with our son given the stress he was under with the release. Highly recommend!

They had a nice weighted stuffy for my daughter to snuggle with, and essential oils for her to smell. They had a movie on the TV which was a great distraction for my daughter.
