My husband has coverage thru his insuance, but they say nothing is covered and he has to pay for his items. We called the insurance and they said it covered. Sounds fishey to me.

Charged $594.00 for using a C-Pap machine for 3 nights. I understand having to pay for the mask and hose cause they can't reuse them. Anyone thinking about doing business here should think again. This place should not be in business. I called and tried talking to them but they keep telling me this is right. Also don't think a place that supplies medical equipment should have a dog running around all over the desks and building

They also are so helpful. They are accommodating for when you need to pop in unannounced for replacements or just advice to better help you.

Very professional, knowledgeable, personable staff. But it shouldn't take 40 minutes to do paperwork for 1 ankle brace!!! Update your software! Very unproductive!
