Everyone was nice and professional. All aspects of the treatment was thoroughly explained. They took great care of me. I actually had an hypoglycemic episode, the nice tall African American gentleman who worked in the office went to the store and bought me a coke. Then when I was leaving someone parked too close and I couldn’t get in my car. The gentleman at the desk came and assisted me with pulling my car out of the parking. They go way beyond to ensure that not only are you good while getting dental work done, but even upon leaving. Premium customer service!

I had a great experience today at Urban Dental. This was my second visit getting my fillings and when I tell you, I didn’t feel anything! Dr Raj is so amazing! Today, I arrived early for my appointment, and the young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful in ensuring I was still seen. His willingness to accommodate me was greatly appreciated.

2 of my children had appointments here and the staff was phenomenal. It was very clean, smelled good, and the staff were very professional. I loved that I seen the dental staff wash their hands several times. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10 for a first experience.

I've been to this clinic several times, and each time I left it with pleasure, the staff is very kind and I'm very satisfied with their service.
The dentist is a real professional, unfortunately I don't remember his name.

Also, I would like to say a special thank you to Miss Maria who was my dentist's assistant, she was always positive, very good at communication, gives very nice compliments and I am sure she does her job very well.
