This is located by the giving tree ? cafe..in the shared parking lot..across from the cafe… you’ll find urban wellness. At the front is the urban yoga studio, front desk, and boutique, beyond that is the practitioner space aka where the real healing begins!

Lots of people to choose from ‍♀️ information of each healer is by the water station ? psychic, angel wraps, energy healing, massage/bodywork, colonics/detox, frequency healing, blood cleansing, cycle charts, fertility, nutrition, acupuncture, cupping, body work, massage, sound healing, hypnotherapy, past life regression, ceremonies, alchemy, and so much more.

It’s a holistic wellness center and one of a kind ?‍♂️

I highly recommend this establishment and my service provider Andrea who completed a colonic and foot detox for me. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the service she provided. The facilities here are beautiful and relaxing. I took the time to walk around their little garden in back before my massage with Rick Story. Rick is an excellent therapist with intuitive, healing hands. He took care of my low back and neck issues. Went in hurting, and came out feeling great!

I also came for a sound healing yoga nidra workshop with Simia Henry and Noemie Luce in the spring, and both of those practitioners had such calm and healing energy. I'd recommend Urban Wellness to anyone I know for real relief from this hectic world we live in!

It can be a little hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. Look for The Giving Tree restaurant and the giant Rosie the Riveter statue out front facing 7th St. (Urban Wellness is behind the Coco's restaurant.) They have covered parking in the rear, which is really nice in summer.

Amy Levine Klaus gave me the best first massage of my life. I have never felt more comfortable and supported than being on her table. She also gave me some phenomenal reiki energy work to clear blockages. I can feel the love and intention she pours into her practice. 10/10 would recommend getting in this studio and treating yourself to some TLC!

After years of putting up with back and posture issues I wanted to try some new therapy for my back muscles, so I am not so hunched over. I was following the route of acupuncture which has really helped. However, Aimee uses some other various therapies using low current devices. I am feeling such a difference in the few sessions as I continue my treatments. They have been short of miraculous as massages and other treatments did not work due to tight muscles. Very calm and natural environment. So recommended.
