Staff was well trained. Facilities are new and clean. I had my first primary care visit here today and it was very pleasant. El Camino Health has a great patient experience with all of their appointment booking, checking in, paper-work etc. - all of which can be done on their portal. I really liked the app experience too.
I met the PA - Chia-Ying Lee. She was great, answered all my questions and booked my following appointment. Overall, very satisfied.

Overall, Great service by the staff and the doctor!
The new doctor’s office is full of the updated technology and they also have the arrangement for the blood work which I love. I don’t have to wait more for the separate appointments for the blood work results.
I know Doctor Joshi and her staff for many years. Doctor always checks me thoroughly and gives me the treatment as needed. Thank you for all your help.

Front desk is old lady is very rude needs more training on being the first point of contact and the face of this office, her customer service is not the best she needs to quit if she doesn’t like dealing with people. Theirs ways of dealing with people in a polite manner not in a rude snooty way.

This was the best clinic experience I have ever had! First, the facility was extremely clean. Yvonne at the front desk was very helpful, very kind, and quickly got me processed. I probably waited 10-15 minutes before I was called back to the room to get vitals. That nurse was very nice and professional. The document she was putting my information on was visible to me on a large screen which I thought was a nice touch.
I waited a little bit to be seen by a doctor, but I didn’t think the wait was unreasonable for an urgent care center.
I was seen by a doctor with the last name starting with G (sorry, can’t remember the full name.)
He was top-notch! Very caring. Listened intently on what I was experiencing, and very professional. I felt heard and cared for more by this urgent care doctor than just about any other doctor I’ve ever seen. Hopefully I don’t need to visit an urgent care again any time soon, but if I do, I’ll be back!

They overbook their appointments so I did have to wait for quite a while and then the doctor explained to me that they didn’t give them time to adequately care for patients, but he gave me wonderful caring anyway

Went in for nausea and vomiting. They made me wait for an hour and then said they can’t help me because they didn’t have an ultrasound machine or something, and turned me away. Went to another place, got some pills and was better in a couple days.
I guess once they ran my insurance they figured they couldn’t make any money out of me. Oh well..

Said they would not be able to take me for another 30 minutes because I was ten minutes late although I was waiting there for 15 minutes already. Said front desk did not tell them I was waiting there and the doctor/nurse was just waiting in the back for me.

The doctor was very rude to me. He took out his frustrations with other issues on me. I will not be visiting this urgent care facility again. Also, even though I had an appointment, four other patients who came in after me were seen before me.
