Exceptional Care at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial Urgent Care,

Our experience at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial Urgent Care was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were quickly registered and seen without any unnecessary wait. The efficiency of the staff was impressive—our daughters were roomed promptly after vitals were taken, and they received the utmost care and attention.

The Doctor who treated them was truly exceptional. With wonderful bedside manners, they took the time to listen to our kids’ concerns, making them feel comfortable and heard. Their kindness went above and beyond as they even brought drinks and medication to help lower their high fever. It was clear that the entire staff genuinely cares about their patients and prioritizes compassionate, high-quality care.

We are beyond grateful for the professionalism, warmth, and efficiency of this urgent care team. Without a doubt, we will continue to recommend this facility to friends and family, and it will be our go-to urgent care in the future. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making a stressful situation so much easier!

I believe that some of the employees are incredibly disrespectful or racist. One of the nurses who took our kids' weight and vitals signs was really hostile to them. "Is the sky falling?" the nurse asked my toddler, who was sobbing a lot. In addition, she handled them harshly. When I brought it up to my family, she told me that she had encountered the same attitude and extreme crudeness from a male doctor. In my instance, the other nurses and the female doctor were excellent and courteous. This attitude was exhibited by a middle-aged female nurse assistant. Next time I will make note of their names.

Worst place ever!! They left us in the room for an hour and half doctor came in heard our lungs and that was it! He spent 5 min with us in room he said I’ll give you both inhalers take over the counter meds for cough!
How is that profesional doctor? Seems like he was ready to hand out script then giving us a full check up! Should have gone to hospital at least there the doctors actually check you! Spent more time in the room than speaking to the doctor!!!!! Get it together urgent care!!!

Over the course of the past five years I've contracted the flu multiple times and have a lifetime of struggling with asthma. Last week I thought I was sick like that again, so I went to Lodi Hospital Urgent Care (Adventis). They chose to run tests for all the possible things to be sick with. Thankfully I was only diagnosed with a viral infection/the common cold. I felt like I was treated with the highest quality of care and will definitely choose them again, hopefully I wont have to.

Thank you for asking. Let me start with I am a multi millionaire with a college education and was treated very unprofessional. Waited 3 hours before the doctor came in and he immediately said stand up and how long have you been on that walker..to which I replied this morning. Why are here I said I need a Toradol shot for my Siatic pain. How do you know that's it? I said I sat on a 5 gallon paint can yesterday and sanded for 5 hours. His reply was we don't have any of your history. Replied I have gone to Elk Grove after hours twice and my Mercy Urgent care for a shot. He said I want xrays and a shot will be given. After xrays he came in and said your back is horrible. I replied I am a 75 year old that takes care of a paraplegic everyday, beautifully manicures our five acres, cleans our 5,000sq ft home and am very active in our Airbnb/Vrbo. And now here is the reason I am writing this terrible review: WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO GET A 5 DAY ANTI-FLAMATOID PACK FOR THE PAIN AND HIS ANSWER WAS "WE DON'T GIVE "OLD PEOPLE PAIN MEDICATION". With that said I was done and wanted to go home. The doctors bed side manner was extremely rude and horrible. I will never be back.

So, waiting time, not bad,but I have to say that I was very disappointed with how my appointment ended..I had to suggest for blood work and for a test to see if I had a flu or covid..had I not, they just wanted to get me out and prescribed me a medicine for nausea..well,guess what!! I never complained about nausea!! So I only gave them the 3 stars because my wait wasn't long..not even the girls behind the desk seemed like they remotely cared about anything except getting that insurance info ASAP!!! Don't think I will ever go back there again..

I was there for 2 and a half hours for someone to tell me I needed antibiotics. I spent maybe 5 minutes all together with the Physician. In the 2 hours I was there. They barely even looked at my issue. All they did was tell me I needed to take antibiotics and if it got worse, go to ER. “You should expect waiting a long time at Urgent care and the ER”. This has become the new normal. And it’s ridiculous. They either need to staff better or get new staff. I understand some people need more attention than others. But that shouldn’t be an excuse. Staff your employees better.
