I’ve had to take my kids here two times in the course of a year. They give exceptional service. The staff shows genuine care for the patients. My daughter is 8 months old and the PA Robby did an excellent job of checking her out while keeping her happy and calm.

When I got there, front receptionist was very nice. Ravi, the person who saw me, told me there wasn’t anything he could prescribe since what it was most likely a viral infection not bacterial. All he did was have me stick out my tongue so he could see my if my throat indicated strep, but it wasn’t. He said the best thing I could do is to take Sudafed. He said he would call in a prescription for me, but he never did.

I usually go to Sutter North, however the place was packed on new years eve so i decided to come here. I am very impressed by how quick and efficent this place was ran, the front desk and MAs was outstanding and the young PA Sal that I saw was excellent, great bedside manners as well as a great sense of humor.. he is very good at explaining what was wrong with my grandchildren lungs. I did not feel rush at all even though they were closing early that day. I will be coming here from now on

I visited this urgent care the week of Christmas and had a terrible experience. There was only one PA working, so I waited over two hours to be seen with me and one other person in the waiting room. I came in with extreme ear pain, a sore throat and a cough, hoping for some relief. When the PA finally came in, he didn’t even greet me even when I said hello— he just sat down and started typing on his computer in complete silence for at least two minutes. It was incredibly awkward and unprofessional.

When he finally examined me, he didn’t explain anything. I had to ask if he saw anything, and his response was dismissive: “Nope, maybe check for Covid.” I mentioned that I thought it might be a sinus infection, but he brushed it off and said he’d “give me some medicine.” Turns out, by “medicine,” he meant one pill right there in the office. No prescription, no plan for follow-up, just one pill and sent me on my way.

I had to ask the nurse for a Covid test so I wouldn’t have to buy one myself (it wasn’t Covid, surprise). Over two weeks later, I’m still sick. I went to a different urgent care in Roseville today, where I was finally diagnosed with a bad sinus infection. They prescribed antibiotics and gave me additional medication to help with the pain in my ear and sinuses.

This place was a complete waste of time and money—more expensive than other urgent cares and far less helpful. The PA didn’t listen to me, didn’t take my concerns seriously, and didn’t provide proper treatment. I won’t be coming back.

This place is a joke. Went in for immediate medical care that was needed. Was denied care because I had medi-cal but out of Riverside County. Offered to self pay, but still denied care. What kind of patient care is this? And apparently all Urgent Cares in Sutter County are the same way. What a very sad thing to represent in this community.

The doctor took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns; which included explaining why one medication would be better than another including its action mechanism.

I stepped on a rusty nail that went half way through my foot, They let me know that I had a ten year tetnus shot 5 years ago but I chose to receive another one and I was given a prescription for an antibiotic to help with any infection I could get from the hole in my foot.
The doctor said he could hear me wheezing the moment he stepped into the room, and I thanked him for telling me, that was the first time anyone ever said that to me. So yes I quit smoking. I'm 60 years old and have smoked cigarettes for at least 50 years.
THANKS AGAIN KEITH MYERS
