I am fortunate that I'm active duty military so i won't have to personally pay the bill for this practice, from what I'm seeing in other reviews it's very high like an ER. That said, every worker here was very high quality, they worked well as a team and i had a very good experience. They believed me about my feet pain despite the vague location clues i was able to give them, and after the xray the technician showed the Dr where i had a mild fracture in my tibia where it connects to my foot in my ankle. They gave me an ankle boot and showed me how to adjust it. Fantastic care all around, esp. compared to the urgent care who refused to treat me when it was still during opening hours, because they wanted to go home early.

Emergency care charges in Urgent Care. A simple visit, flu test and prescription with $1500 bill. How come they are legally doing this and getting away? How come everyone is going there and paying so much? Any lawyers out there ready to sue them, I can provide all details of my vist 🙁

This is a well run, well organized Urgent Care facility. The staff is excellent. I have made appointments and I have just walked in. I have never waited more than 20 minutes; usually much less. I recommend this facility.

My wife gets urinary tract infections about once a year, and we called them and asked them what it was for the initial visit and what it would cost for the urinary track test. They argued up-and-down that they were unable to tell me what the cost is and that they don’t know what the cost is. It’s all based on the codes. So I asked them what it would cost for me to have the initial visit and then what would be the code for the urinary track test? They told me there’s several codes and they Cannot give me the cost. When is anybody ever bought anything without knowing the cost? They told me once she was diagnosed. They could tell me the cost. We used Amazon medical and in the 30 minute time that it took me to get a hold of somebody to eventually hang up on me. Amazon had written my wife the prescription for her urinary tract infection, which she gets once a year and she has already at the pharmacy picking it up. This medical facility is a joke. They will rob you steal you and will never tell you the cost until it’s It’s too late. Do not go here. Use Amazon online.

ZERO Stars. This place advertises itself as an urgent care facility but bills as a HOSPITAL. Hospital visits are an entirely different category of insurance coverage than urgent care and have a much higher deductible. I did my due diligence to find an in-network urgent care near me to use my insurance, paid my expected $50 copay, but still ended up with a $1039 surprise bill for a routine lab test. Extremely unethical. Avoid this facility at all costs.

For items that do not require emergency care, urgent care is a great option for weekends or other situations where you can't get in to see your regular doctor. I've been to this urgent care location multiple times, and they have done a great job each time.

I have been to that place few times and every time I'm impressed how much better is the experience here compared to an emergency room. They are very well organized and the wait is minimal. The doctors and nurses have been a pleasure to deal with. Each time they explained what they think, what could be the issue, the tests that need to be done to rule out specific things. In one of the cases they did the tests in the facility fairly quickly. In another, they sent me to the Stanford hospital that is south of 580 for blood test and CT scan. Very happy and my go to place when I had an urgent need to see doctor. Highly recommended.

I walked in and everyone from the front desk, to the nurses and the doctor were super nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. Just hopefully not too soon 😉
