Never been happier with Baldwin Park children’s urgent care. I have twins that are 3 1/2 and my baby just turned 2 in Feb. I had no sleep last night with her crying all night, coughing all night and trying not to let her fever get to high. I did a walking in which is more of a miss that a hit trying to get in. Got there a little before nine every one was over the top amazing and kind! They got me an appointment and took me in before time. My dad was able to stay out side in the waiting area while I went in side without the wagon and all 3 kids. Kp has a center for the kids to play games, color paint and interact with a nurse that has a back round with teaching and education. That was the icing and frosting with making this the best experience I have ever had there Mom of 3 all under 3 1/2 with no sleep thank you KP for the kids center and having such an amazing person to work with the children!

I was intimidated by the negative reviews at first, hesitant to visit the UC. However when I arrived it didn’t took me a long wait time to get seen by a nurse & MD. The front desk was super friendly, the nurse & doctor are helpful with delightful attitude. The pharmacists are very kind as well, I really had a great experience at this location.

Second time coming to urgent care for knee pain and swelling. Pay my 30 bucks. Waste of frkn time. The first time was ice it. Now, physical therapy. Ugh! just do a darn MRI. Can't wait for open enrollment to change insurance. Will never use kaiser again.

My parents arrived at urgent care this evening, my mother was experiencing extreme back pain along with sciatica pain. Julia Rodriguez was her Service Representative that checked her in, upon her Check in she expressed to Julia her level of pain along with other symptoms. Julia stated to my mom that Urgent care would not give her anything for the pain and they would only send her home with Tylenol! My mom reported this incident to the provider and nurse she was seen by, they as well expressed to my mom that she needed to report Ms. Rodriguez due to her unauthorized position to provide medical treatment to patients upon check in. A Service Representative is clerical, we are clerical NOT CLINICAL! We do not have the authorization nor the medical training to disclose to ANY patient what type of treatment they will be given prior to seeing a physician. It’s in our KP policy to uphold each policy with dignity, each employee is a representation of Kaiser and Julia Rodriguez a Service Representative of BPK’s Urgent Care is not doing so. I cannot express how furious I am with this employee and with an employee providing this experience it creates a very negative impression on BPK’s Urgent Care. My family along with myself are all employees of KP and we do not treat our members as my mom was treated. I will be following up with compliance as well. As for Administration that over see’s BPK’s Urgent Care please follow up with retraining and corrective action for Ms. Julia Rodriguez.

Knowing that urgent care can get very busy, I checked for info on Google reviews of my Fontana, Ontario Kaiser and found they had the worst reviews, and that Baldwin Park had much better reviews, I found that after 5pm it gets very busy, so I drove 35 minutes, to be there around 8pm on a Tuesday and it was the perfect time for me, I was able to get in and see the Dr. In just 10 minutes. I had minor injury that needed a prescription that I picked up at the pharmacy there, in all, I was there less than an hour.
The Receptionist, Mana, is so kind and helpful along with the rest of the staff.
My timing there worked out for me.

*5 months ago* Urgent care walk ins are required to stand in the rain and cold and expected to wait 3-4 hours. Disgusting how they treated the sick. Very unsettling! DO NOT GO HERE IN AN EMERGENCY!

Today is Tuesday October 4. I've been waiting in Urgent Care for my daughter to be seen since 11 o'clock and now is 3:27. The wait is ridiculous. We pay so much for Insurance for what to literally wait a whole damn day and the best thing is PCP's will only see you through phone appointment. How convenient for them
Then Kaiser will get on here to say our apologies we will talk or share with management. Please!! I thought County hospitals were bad but Kaiser is no different. I will not recommend to anyone to enrolled with Kaiser.

Checked in around 7:25pm on a Thursday evening was out by 8:05pm, waited less then 5 mins to be called in. Nurse Sylvia was caring and sweet. Dr.Khoa Dang Nguyen was attentive to my concerns and symptoms, he was able to diagnose and prescribe medication necessary to recover.
