Wish I could give them zero stars. I was told I was prescribed something and yet nothing was sent to my pharmacy. I had changed my pharmacy and wrote that on the intake form which they did not change. So AFTER I DROVE there with a 102.1 fever and spoke to the receptionist - that’s when they sent it… to the old pharmacy again! The only reason I drove there was because they didn’t pick up their phones. I called at least 15 times and had my mother call in which they answered right away. And of course when I show up there I called them right in front of the woman at the front desk and says oh yeah I see you’re calling in now. So they obviously ignored my calls earlier. I only liked the women with the long black hair, she was nice. I recommend going to Convenient MD. They are SO professional and kind. They are reliable and a true stable company. They answer their phones too! You will never catch me wasting my time and money at this place again and you shouldn’t either.

Was there today because I have had severe chills , fever, chest discomfort, headache, stuffy nose ect. They said my fever was elevated but didn't offer any Tylenol. I'm in the room and the "Dr" came in and made me feel like she was just in a hurry and wanted to just throw me out is the vibe I got. Then the Dr ASKS ME if I want an EKG and X-ray? Never heard of them asking a patient to determine if they need this... Then to top it off not only would she not give me anything to help get better but she wouldn't even give me a Drs note for work if I needed it.. worst place. I wouldn't bring my worst enemy there. Seems like they just want to collect $ and not care about the patient

this place is absolutely bs. in full form, b.s.
the first time i ever went here they sent me home saying i’m completely fine. i went back 3 days later with LIME DISEASE. today i went there because i’ve been struggling all weekend with an extremely sore throat, and fever like symptoms. i’ve had a fever of 100-101 for 2 days straight. they sent me home saying im completely fine and to drink tea. like what do you think i’ve been doing? i came for antibiotics so my infection doesn’t grow. but let’s talk about how i waited 4 hours and when i finally went in, they put the strap around my arm to take my blood pressure, i said miss this hurts really bad. she goes “because you keep moving”. im sorry i didn’t start moving UNTIL MY ENTIRE HAND TURNED PURPLE. extremely rude. then i finally went to see the doctor and she was rushing me the entire time like i haven’t just been waiting for 4 hours. she rushed me so much she declared i was fine in 2 minutes. i took off a day of work i couldn’t afford for an appointment that took 2 minutes to get NOTHING prescribed to me to help. i explained how much pain i’m in and all i got was attitude. so don’t come here. thanks. yea i took the time out of my day to write this because i’m absolutely furious.

I’ve been sick for a few days with a super deep/conjugated cough I went here for treatment but did not get treated. The deep cough was actually double pneumonia they only tested me for the flu and sent me on my way. 8 days later I just left the er The double pneumonia turned into bronchitis definitely malpractice.

Horrible place. I wouldn't take my dog here. I would get better results at the animal hospital. This guy who identifies as a nurse didn't give me anything for my flu. Had to drive to hospital in Burlington mass to get help

Went in for an xray, given crutches and a walking boot for broken 5th metatarsal in foot. Was told they would absolutely be covered by insurance. I'd been walking in it 3 weeks before getting xray. I used the boot 1 week per dr order, never used crutches. Got a bill for about$400. Horrible communication by staff there.

Prefer this urgent care over any they’re really good. They help you out pretty fast. They do make you wait in the room quite a long time, but that’s only sometimes.

Great experience with all staff. Efficient and friendly. Got a quick x-ray of possible broken wrist but only a sprain. I was just really impressed.
