I would never recommend Urgent Care Now - Madison - Sacramento. I arrived at 10 AM and waited until 3 PM. I approached the register multiple times, and each time they told me I was the next person, but no attention was given to my situation. Their service was incredibly unprofessional, and the way they treated patients was far from humane. This one star is already too much for them.

worst patient care experience i’ve ever had. the nurses are more kind than the actual doctor. i have a serious phobia of throwing up and she handled it horribly. she didn’t even try to hide her frustrations and sighs. it felt so belittling. as a doctor you should be competent enough to treat other patients who have fears and anxiety of things. the number one thing in the health field is to have patience and empathy….which she didn’t have. they don’t really care for you or take you seriously. this is why i don’t bother to take care of my health and get treated because the health care system is crap. it takes a simple ethics class to learn basic compassion and empathy. you shouldn’t be in this field if you don’t have any patience and compassion for other. i’m young but yet i know that’s not how you treat others.

I arrived around 10am and didn’t get seen until after 12pm, my overall visit with the doctor lasted 5 minutes and she did not listen to any of my concerns whatsoever. She asked the typical questions, I answered, she asked what was wrong and I expressed that I was frustrated because of how long I had to wait AND because I have been dealing with this medical issue for over a year now. She sat there with a blank look on her face which said a whole lot… I mean what was the point in asking “what’s wrong” if she really didn’t care… she told me she would send the medication to my pharmacy and to check out at the front desk. I explained to the girls at the front desk how I didn’t appreciate the doctor not listening to my concern and she suggested I with a different doctor tomorrow morning.

I just feel like regardless if you’re at urgent care or not doctors are supposed to show compassion. Especially being a woman dealing with another woman who is experiencing hormonal issues that WOMEN can only experience, at least pretend to care I mean damn.

I had to take my son in a few days after he was dismissed at the urgent care now in fair oaks.. I asked the PA to run a respiratory panel because my son had had a fever for a week and his cough was getting worse, I let her know I just got over walking pneumonia. The PA looked at me like I was nuts.. she then said ok fine we ill have an xray done and swab. Xray guy was amazing!! Lady who came in and swabbed my son was also amazing... the PA returns says.. I saw his xray it looks clear to me... fast forward a few hours... the radiologist report showed my son has bilateral pneumonia.... it's so frustrating to have to push so hard for care of a toddler!!! Both of the urgent care now have fell short of care! So make sure you are ready to push for your child if you go here!!!!!

Urgent care closed early yesterday and today. I was turned down twice because they were closing early. I showed up at 3:30pm and was told to try again tomorrow and call before I come. which will be on a Sunday. Urgent Care your hours on Google and on your door says 9:00am to 9:00pm it’s not fair to advertise those hours then when a patient shows up with a urgent need you guys are closing earlier than the time you’re misleading us to believe. Please stay open 9am to 9pm like you are advertising on Google and on your door so your people with an urgent need could be cared for. Thank you

Worst place to go . Better to go to the bar and get some drinks than going to this place . appointment made online at 9 am . 7 pm still receiving msgs theyre raining behind . so rude the personal should get some discipline .

Kind, courteous staff, helped out a disabled person once again the service was very professional, and the staff are very knowledgeable. They know how to do their job unlike other places who deny people services left and right so thank you.

Came here after waiting at the other location for an hour before they told us we were at the wrong location! We get to this location they tell us it won't be too long since we already filled out paperwork out and everything was ready to go. We ended up waiting an hour and a half I checked in with the front desk lady multiple times and told her every time we were waiting in the car because my boyfriend was in too much pain to wait inside. I go in another time after she told me once a room clears he will be called back. We see two different people leave and then see someone who was waiting get called to the back instead of us so i ask her what happened and she tells me they tried calling us. I said why wouldn't they just walk out front and grab us since I told her multiple times we were right out the front door. She told us because she's not the medical assistant it's not on her! So unprofessional! I'm giving two stars because the doctor was cool and knowledgeable. There's only one Dr here so it's a long wait. Make sure you get your spot or you'll be skipped quickly! They also don't abide by their time they ask you to be here which is odd. Why give me a time if they don't honor it.
