Everyone was friendly, kind and very efficient. The original phone call took care of the immediate information they needed. Check in was quick and easy. I was called back right away. Assessment made, X-rays taken, results and prescription for remedy and out the door in under an hour. These folks are exceptional. The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly, polite, and very helpful. She did everything she could to get me into a room quickly. I also did not have to wait long for the doctor to see me. He was professional, but friendly and very efficient. I would definitely recommend urgent care of Holden.

Excellent service as always. Great customer service skill right from the moment we walked in, Front Administrative staff, to EMT who took the Vitals and intake, to the Provider who saw my husband- highly Professional staff, they listened to us, and my husband was well cared for. Plus making appointment for the same day was pretty easy. My family uses Holden Urgent Care, and we highly recommend them.

The moment I walked through the door, I was very impressed with your facility. The staff were very friendly, professional and comforting to interact with. The facility was very clean and changed my mind about utilizing an urgent care type facility. I was reluctant to go to an urgent care/ready med type facility based on previous experiences, however I will continue to come to Urgent Care for future ailments that warrant a visit to your facility.

I went in today after having an allergic reaction to something on my lips. I was sent away because I needed an appointment. Isn’t this called urgent care? If I wanted to schedule an appointment I would have called my pc.
I went to convenient MD and they took me right in with concerns of my symptoms and breathing. I showed to receptionist my lips in Holden and she said there was nothing they could do. That will be the last time I enter that “urgent care” as it is not urgent. It’s a Saturday doctor’s office.

I came in with a very painful shoulder and had a flight to catch later in the day for a family emergency. They were very compassionate and had me in and out within a half hour. I would definitely recommend the facility. Everyone I met with with kind and helpful.
