They were great. They were able to tell me exactly what caused the affection. In fact, I took my younger child to the hospital 2 days ago and they couldn't tell me what the infection was from urgent care was able to tell me what the infection came from. I'm both my children but yet I only went there for one child it's amazing how much more knowledgeable they were VS the hospital, Doctor?

Everything is streamlined for quick online check-in and quick care (no long waits in the waiting room). They were sure to give me options on prescription choices and additional lab work since I was paying out of pocket. The full experience was top-notch and since I own an RV Park here in the area, many of my guests have had a visit and all reviews come back to me as A+

The environment when I first walk in the lady at front desk always pleasant. Everyone is so nice. I love going there . Kelly is wonderful so full knowledge. She takes her time never rushing.
What I like about this medical facility is I fractured my thumb they did X-ray had an orthopedic doctor read it with little wait time! To me that’s an awesome place to go. No waiting hours or weeks for the results!

This probably was the best doctor visit I have ever had in my life! Dr Lanfear and his staff were so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable that I knew I was in good hands shortly after arriving. I am so grateful for the extra time they spent happily taking care of me.

Today was my first visit to Urgent Care of Soldotna. No doubt some of best care I’ve ever had PA-C Shannon Rynders is amazing. Diagnosed my ailment and put me on the right track to recovery. Her Med Tech Cyanna was fantastic. She was caring and took great care of my needs. If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would. Highly recommended

This is, bar none, the best medical clinic I have EVER attended - and that's with a long life seeing loads of doctors due to my complex medical problems. Every aspect of each staff member was perfect! Clinic? Spotless. Efficient and so friendly. Front Desk attendant Leah, MAs Jamie and Joni, and Providers Kelly and Shannon Rynders were so very educated, advanced, and went above and beyond for me. Grateful!

Very happy with the care provided today helping to remove a fish hook from our son's scalp. It was a barbed hook, so it was in there pretty good. I wish they had iodine on hand rather than the chloraprep but they got it out & everything else was great.
