Been here a couple of times & have not been disappointed with the care.
Fast,friendly & professional!

You can book an appointment online or come in as a walkin. One thing I absolutely love about their website booking is it saves your information for the next time you book so don’t have to worry about taking pictures of your insurance cards or ID. They also give a 10 minute grace period.

We have been seen at this office a few times now and I have nothing bad to say. The front office staff is always very helpful, the nurses are great and so are the drs we have seen. I really like the option of making appointments online as well, it saves so much time and is very easy to set up.

Scheduling an appointment online was very easy and I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. The office staff was very nice and checking in was very easy. The PA who attended me was very sweet and charismatic. She gave me follow up instructions and a note for work and I was on my way. The facility is clean and updated but still feels like a doctor’s office unlike many of the urgent cares I’ve been to. My sister is an RN who highly recommended this urgent care and I can see why.

I've been to this walk in clinic a few times over the years and I've never had a bad experience. They receptionists are always kind and patient. Same with the nurses. I always see the same two doctors and they are amazing. They make you feel very comfortable. I came in once in the morning and got a room right away. When I did have to wait it wasn't too long. I also LOVE the posters you see in the office and in the rooms just reminding you to treat staff with respect. I have alot of respect for any office/company that backs its workers up. Customers aren't always right and we need to respect the people who are there to help us.

Side note: I'm always impressed with how clean they are. I know it's medical facility but I have been to some nasty ones.

We moved to the area 2 years ago and were looking for an urgent care nearby that had openings for sick visits. We found this one. I think we’ve visited 3 or 4 times for acute issues (respiratory infections etc) and we’ve gotten excellent care each time. I’ve always felt that they took their time to check us out and get xrays and other testing, not just rushing to get us out the door. I like booking an appointment online. They usually have a bunch of open slots to choose from. I’m really happy with them!

Always clean and friendly staff. That's why I keep coming back! Thank you. You are appreciated! Also, you found a mass on my lung 6+ years ago and saved my life, ended up lung cancer and had partial lung removal. So, highly recommended!!
