During my first visit to the Urgent Care Pros facility, I was genuinely impressed by the level of service and care I received. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff greeted me warmly and guided me through the check-in process efficiently.

As I waited, I noticed how well-organized the facility was, creating a welcoming atmosphere. When it was my turn to be seen, the healthcare professionals took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained each step of my treatment. Their attention to detail made me feel reassured and cared for.

Overall, my experience was very positive, and I left feeling much better. If I ever need urgent care again in the future, I would not hesitate to return to Urgent Care Pros.

Honestly, I didn’t believe in PAs as specialists for any illnesses 🤒 , but after visiting this location, Michael was amazing!
She mentioned that she has been a PA for decades.
I was close to visiting again before finishing my medication, 💊 but I decided to complete the full course.
Amazingly, by the time I took the last dose, my sinus infection was completely gone!
It was unbelievable.

I had to get my TB test done for work. This place is amazing. They go over and beyond for you. Great service especially from Jessa. She did such an amazing job. She was so kind patient and she does a great job in the front. Thank you for having amazing people like this.

I had a very positive experience at this urgent care location. Every staff member from the admin to the PAs were friendly and thorough. I had to return a couple times for follow ups so I know they consistently deliver excellent service. Each time the staff clearly explained everything and I was always informed as to what to expect. The PAs, Michelle and Nicky, were super friendly and clearly explained to me my condition, causes, and most importantly had a calming attitude. They really helped me with my anxieties and answered all my questions.

I was really impressed with how quickly the staff called me in for vitals, and the wait time for the physician assistant was under 15 minutes. She took her time to thoroughly assess my symptoms and listen to my concerns. Overall, the entire team was attentive, professional, and friendly.
