I made an appointment the day of my visit and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time. The space was impeccably clean and organized. The clinic seemed appropriately staffed (how often is that the experience these days?). I was graciously and warmly greeted, answered a few questions and a filled out a brief questionnaire pertaining to my reason for being there, promptly received my service, and was out within 15 minutes of my appointment time. Looking forward to going back next time I need a little help:)

I had a sore throat 2 days now and it didn’t get better, and I was able to book an appointment within just 3 hours later on the same day. Once I got there, I was in and out within 20 minutes.
Jennifer, NP, was so friendly and understanding. The front desk and medical assistant was wonderful as well! I would definitely recommend this location!

Took Covid-19 home test and tested positive. Called Urgent Care + TeleHealth (Benicia) and they scheduled a TeleHealth appointment. I waited 30min because I had to complete paperwork prior to the video conference. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and I picked up my meds from a local pharmacy. Thank you Jarrett Lew, PA and I would definitely recommend Urgent Care + TeleHealth to family and friends.

Dr and staff nice but wait time was terrible.
My appointment was at 2:30 and I was the last patient out the door after closing.
I initially waited over an hour to see the Dr.
She said she was over booked.
I think patients should be kept informed about wait time. If nothing else, it lets us know that someone is paying attention and cares about our time.

I never had to do a video conference for a medical issue, but yesterday‘s was fantastic.

The conversation and the information was superb. In many ways, it was better than an actual doctors visit. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby with other sick people And I didn’t have to wear a mask when I was talking to my health professional.

I will not hesitate to do that again when the time arises.

Truly enjoy being seen here. Dr. Landon has provided genuine care - as well as the nurses who saw me - I feel I am on the road to recovery. Melody, who I believe may be the nurse’s assistant there is always in a cheerful mode when I come in, which is Pleasant to encounter at the start of your Doctors appointment. Melody is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. 10 out of 10!
