Been here since they opened, was the first person in here and I’m still just continuing to sit here while everyone in the back laughs with each other. Wish they could help me with my stomach flu but no they just sit back there and laugh while I’m sitting here crying because of the pain I’m in. I hate this place so much. They really just don’t care about there patients

Monday, December 18th, 2023. Worst clinic ever! The lady at the front desk tonight was very unprofessional. She told me I could go out to my car and wait to be called because they were short staffed, and everyone was being seen for RSV and the flu. She said she would let me know when they called my name. I waited for two hours, and checked in every 30 minutes to let her know that I was still parked directly in front of the door. When I checked in for the last time, I was told that they called me 10 minutes ago and that I would need to be put back on the roster, Meaning that I would be placed at the bottom of the list. She knew that I was parked in front of the door, and she said that she would notify me when they called my name. After already waiting two hours, I decided that I would go to another clinic, then to have to wait another minute there. Go elsewhere if you want to be seen within a timely manner.

Dr Tou Xiong is the best he is knowledgeable,friendly and genuinely seems to care about the patients. He is fantastic I've never seen a better Dr...5 stars to him! He always gives us the proper treatment and we appreciate his help and are thankful that he works there! If he opened his own practice I'd be first in with my family. What a genuinely great Dr to be helping patients!

The front desk person the MA and the doctor were all very kind and professional and took good care of me and listened to my concerns I was very pleased how I was treated......I'm sorry, I just realized this was meant for the other clinic on Oro Dam I'm going to repost this there.

I think they're awesome. EspTou.Walked in with kidney pain, i have had stone disease all my life,
they immediately got urine sample. Waited my turn, saw Tou Xiong who rxed me and sent me for xray kub. Called me back w/ results that afternoon. Told me to call him Tues to let him know how I was doing. Rxed me more meds. I'm low income n high deductible, I truly appreciate the quality of care I received.

I went to urgent care because my doctor told me to go and when I presented my problem the steroid “doctor” laughed at me and only barely looked at me.
I wouldn’t take an injured rattlesnake to see him.
He was flirting with his coworkers before I even came out of the room.
No compassion.
