I made an appointment a month out and showed up only to find out that it was cancelled without notification. They told me they had the wrong phone number but couldn't bother emailing or sending me something in the mail when they knew their office would be closed on this day as far back as at least July 17th. The fact that they had the wrong phone number is amazing as they had caller ID when they made the reservation as well as a tri-care referral with my phone number. Very poor customer service.
