I’m writing in behalf of my husband. He really liked the Dr. and felt that he was very thorough. He came highly recommended by my husband’s regular Dr. The only issue was that we were in the waiting room 3 hours! Had I known that, I would have stayed home! I didn’t read the paperwork he brought home so it may have said that prior to his appointment. If so, I am sorry.

I absolutely love having the doctors there take care of me. They are all very caring and do everything they can to help fix whatever you’re there for. I’m very grateful for them. Dr. Garcia and Dr. Leung take their time and listen to your concerns and they make sure to answer any questions you may have. I always refer them to people I know.

Doc Pete has a genuine and warm bedside manner. He’s thorough and honest. We are always happy when we get an appointment with him. He makes up for some of the doctors in the practice who are cold and distant.

Let me begin with the first people I saw when I arrived. The young woman that greeted me and the security guy were very friendly, great smiles and a warm welcome. Next, the staff at the desk for Dr Leung were exceptional. Very friendly welcoming and I appreciate that type of service. Great job! Of course Doctor Leung is always friendly, not fake or condescending when he explains diagnoses. I am pretty pleased with my visit today and appreciate you allowing me to tell you about it.

if i could give negative stars i would. as someone who has worked in healthcare and has been a front office staff/ scheduler, waiting on hold for over 2 hours to speak with someone is ridiculous. i understand how crazy hectic it can be working in a busy doctors office but this is just unacceptable.

You have extremely bad PR. For most visits have waited over 1/2 hour in waiting room and over 1/2 hour in exam room. No apology for long waiting time. Are you overbooking? When seen professional staff interaction is excellent. Five stars is for staff interaction and 0 stars for patient flow

Dr. Christopher Julian makes me feel like I’m his only patient. Though I know he has a waiting room full of patients, he never seems to leave me with any questions that I may have.. His nurses and staff are always very pleasant and helpful. He’s a great doctor!

Dr. Peter. What a cool guy he is. Peter thoroughly explains your issue, suggests tests and solutions and asks for your questions.

Dr. Peter explains the medical procedure, to be preformed at his office, and researches patient data as to prior tests and procedures performed, so as not to duplicate treatment.

Urology Associates sees many patients daily and makes good use of their time on patient solutions and helping the community.
