My order was supposed to ship on Friday and had a 3day delivery label . Well it is still in Florida and will not be delivered until this Friday at the earliest. They are supposed to have auto ship so I will not run out. That is a joke if I didn’t call they would not have ever shipped it. Calked them up and they just told me there is nothing they can do. At least that’s what I think she said. Very poor English language skills!

I’ve had nothing but issues with US Med! My last 2 orders have been delayed and my insurance has sent them everything they need and for some reason they have been having issues getting me my supplies . Customer service is absolutely horrible, “ we will figure it out and call you back within 24 hours”. I have spoken to 2 different people and they are no help and don’t call back. I need my CGM and I need a company that cares about it customers, US Med does not. They could care less about you and resolving any issues you have. Insurance send them everything and they can’t seem to get it together on their end. Absolute trash company! THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND WOULD NOT TRANSFER ME TO A SUPERVISOR!!!!

Good company. Good service. Only problem is at re-order time. One group sends the new stuff, another, probably a robot, calls and call wanting to know if you want to re-order, ALL WHILE NEW ORDER IS ON THE WAY!

US Med always provides the product in a timely manner. I do feel that i should be able to have a defective sensor replaced by calling the distributor without having to go to the manufacturer each time. Some times the failure rate can be quite high. Forty percent has been my highest in a 90 day supply . Other than that, service is very good.

Received a reorder text that the product would be upgraded unless I responded "Pump", which I did not respond. Received the G6 instead of the upgrade. Now I have called multiple times for 3 weeks trying to get the correct item. Still has not been sent out and apparently won't be until you receive the others back. That will take another 2-3 weeks to get fixed. I have asked numerous times for a supervisor and of course still have not received a call. Horrible way to take care of a diabetic patient.

My supplies are never delivered on time. My cgm will expire and im left with nothing. Its always a hassle on the phone. It's been 30 days since my order says shipped and there's no location available through ups. The order doesn't exist. Us med is soo frustrating.

I receive text AND email order reminders so that I’m never without a sensor. Customer service friendly and efficient.
My only issue is that if i need a MRI and have to remove the sensor i have to call Dexcom directly rather than get a replacement from US Med.

US Med has been a wonderful provider of Dexcom diabetic supplies. They send helpful texts and calls to the patient to insure their supplies are ordered in a timely manner. Supplies have always been delivered on time . I highly recommend US Med for their diabetic supplies.
