Great Center! Very friendly and helpful staff. John D and Heather really go out of their way to help Veterans and their family. Being able to speak to someone about difficult trials in your life is never easy, yet the staff at the Vet Center makes it easy and comfortable. Thank you for help me and other Vets

Drove an hour to see a VSO there on Nov 17 , 2018 to help with my appeal . Was told I would be hearing back from her in early Jan...never heard anything. Emailed and called for follow up on Jan 28 for two weeks and never got a response until Feb 16th and was told "her contact" was out and I should be hearing from her "next week"...well "next week" has been 3 months and hadnt heard anything about my claim. It was never filed . Dont over extend yourself to "help" if you cant handle being a VSO.
