I would NEVER use Dr Whitlock, he and his nurse Roxanne are TERRIBLE!! I worked from home so I made an appointment and the staff who answered my call and scheduled my appointment assured me I could come in 10 min late because I needed to make a late appointment without missing work. I got there and the front staff was so rude to me and didn’t want to see me. I kept explaining that the lady who took my appointment told me it was ok that they would see me. Had to answer to a couple different people, finally got put back and then Roxanne, Dr Whitlocks nurse was very ugly to me. I asked to speak to Dr Whitlock and he was very ugly to me so I asked for my records to be pulled and went to see another doctor. I tried to call and make an appointment with another Dr who I heard was very good and they wouldn’t see me at all! I would love to see Dr Murray but unfortunately he isn’t seeing new patients!

Since my former PCP Dr Travers had left the this clinic, I was not too sure about seeing any one of the physicians for good reason. Until the new physician Dr Murray joined, I was hesitant to see him and no regrets! I’m glad he listen to me and takes his time with me. He even provided an interpreter for me which was very uncommon back then. It shows he cares about his deaf patients

I’ve been seeing doctor Whitlock for 30 years. He and Roxanne are great and take care of everything I’ve ever needed. When Dr Whitlock was out I’ve seen others at the clinic and couldn’t ask for any better.

On March 13 I missed my appointment because I miss understood my appointment time , I thought it was 3:30 ,when I got there it was canceled. Sorry. On the 17th I was on time. My visit was great. I, Love Dr. Murray and his staff. Thanks

I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Ara Travers. She is one of the best doctors that I've ever had.

****Dr. TRAVERS is no longer with this group (they need to update their web page) unfortunately because she really listened to her patients.

When you don't go to the doctor often, it's important that your doctor listens and addresses what you need.

After Dr. Travers left, I switched to the Nurse Practitioner. I went in with 3 issues...she completely blew me off on 2 of them and referred me to another doctor for the 3rd one.

I took my father to see Dr.Long to request Hospice which my father did.Dr.Long was nice but did not contact Hospice which we understood his office would. Also the nurses gave me a very hard time regarding insurance & said that visit would cost $300.He has Medicare as insurance and also thru the VA. What did we pay $300 for? NOTHING, I GUESS! I do not recommend Dr.Long's office for the above reasons. I would have given minis stars but then I couldnt post this review.

I had a sinus infection. I called without an appointment and they got me right in even though Dr Murray and his NP weren't in.
I arrived 5 minutes early and was in the room in 5 minute. I met for the first time the most pleasant person, Dr Sarah Mallette. she was thorough and explained to me the antibiotic she was prescribing to me. two days later the pressure is subsiding in my sinuses. 5☆

Very rude staff And doctors. My experience was horrible made me feel unimportant. Got labs done and they came back clear but nothing was done to find out what's causing me so much pain. He was trying to pin my symptoms on being overweight. Tried to leave a message to the nurse for my doctor for a neurologist specialist but was told not to leave a message because it's his off day. I shouldn’t have to reach out and suggest a specialist if the labs came back good and normal and there was no solution why aren’t you as the doctor coming up with a next step and a next step until there is a reason for my pain. Very unhappy. Staff had a attitude from the moment I arrived I ignored and was undoubtedly hopeful paid my copay should of just left but I was struggling with pain for months couldn’t take it any longer. Do not see long it’s a long shot of him actually taking care of you.
