They suggested I have a Covid test before I came in to see them. I took a Covid test and tested negative but they still would not see me. I was told to go to the hospital if my symptoms did not improve. So don’t come here unless you’re healthy because If you’re sick this office won’t see you. Go figure, I thought that was why you went in to see your doctor in the first place!!

The Usborne Family Medicine group is fantastic! As a new patient they were amazing, starting with their wonderful and very helpful Stephanie up front. She is friendly, extremely competent and efficient in ALL she does while wearing "many hats" - just terrific! Back staff, Martin and Tatiana also friendly and efficient. While as a new patient I felt a bit anxious meeting obtaining a new physician, Sara (PA) is the best! Her warm smile put me right at ease and her professionalism and knowledge sealed the deal. I'm so glad I found them!

I switched my brother’s PCP & started taking him to Dr. Usborne; he had his appointment with him last month in July. Dr. Usborne is very nice, funny, has a good listening ear & seems to truly care about his patients! He takes time with each patient, not rushing through their visit. Most of his staff is nice too but some have a problem with asking the same questions at every visit, information they should already have from the previous visit. I wish Dr. Usborne took my current coverage but he doesn’t! 😢 I would definitely recommend Dr. Usborne’s office; he also has 2 female PAs.
