This place used to be great. But there service has taken a dive big time. The last two times I have been there I had blood work drawn for lab work. Both tines I had to call back a week after not receiving a call from them on results. Each time I called they could not give results because "Provider" had to give the results. 2 days later I received call from some person I talked to that couldn't give results himself on original phone call.
The results were not good and required attention. So they sat on these lab results fir more than 10 days on both visits until I called them. And then trying to get my prescription was a whole separate issue. First they could not get the prescription to the correct new pharmacy I requested. And when I did decide to just pick it up at my previous pharmacy it was incorrect amount. I needed 90 days and it was for 30. The doctor told me he would do 90 sonce i needed another provider.They told me I would need to come in for another visit in order to prescribe another prescription.
If you can, go somewhere else.

Best urgent care in town! Been going here for years and have always loved it. Only one bad experience, but If you can avoid Jade then you have it made! All the other providers are awesome!!! They are great with small children too! I’ve taken my boys as infants and now they are 4 and 1! If their pediatrician is out this is my go to place! Love them!

After having a bad experience at AFC urgent care, we went to Valencia medical care and received excellent care and quick service. We will only use this center going forward. Thank you to the front desk, nurse and doctor on call for their excellent service.

I'd cut my leg with glass I'd picked up in a trash bag and they saw me Sunday afternoon: short wait; caring and attentive service. Very personable. Clean and organized. Follow-up appointment today was equally wonderful. HIGHLY recommend.

EXCELLENT walk-in clinic for everything from serious illness, to simple medication refills, and everything in between! The owner Dr. Yi is as knowledgeable as he is courteous, and the other doctors are great as well. As a cash patient, their prices are very affordable, you definitely get more than your money's worth. Probably the best walk-in clinic in Santa Clarita!

This practice is amazing. Today I saw Dr Yi, for my 7 years daughter, he is very experienced and knowledgeable and nice with kids. His diagnosis very accurate and make sense and he doesn't ask for extra tests if not needed. He even called me to check on her after few hours of her visit.. I'm glad I found this practice and really recommended them specially Dr Yi.

I had an absolutely incompetent experience at this urgent care, yesterday. I warn patients to stay away. Here are all of the problems I have with this place:
1. They prescribed me the wrong medication, which could have led to serious complications since it isn’t taking care of my actual infection. This urgent care apparently didn’t see that I have acute tonsillitis. How come a doctor I just saw TODAY elsewhere could figure it out in five minutes, but this urgent care was staring at my swollen, white-spotted tonsils and throat going “I don’t know. That’s weird. It’s not strep. Here’s Doxycycline.” Guessing games are completely irresponsible!!! That’s all you had to tell me after three hours? Is it everyone’s first day?
3. I was at this urgent care for THREE hours. I saw them once it was two hours in and they kept taking samples of my extremely painful throat and saying “I don’t know if I’m getting anything. Let me try again.”
4. I saw the actual urgent care doctor for 60 seconds and he gave me no information. Today, I went elsewhere and a doctor sat with me for 30 minutes to explain what I have, why Doxycycline doesn’t work, and what I need to take urgently to heal my tonsils.

Dr. Yi and his staff are INCREDIBLE! Had my first annual physical today. Dr. Yi has an outstanding bedside manner, is very knowledgeable and truly wants to understand any medical conditions you have. Yes, it is a bit difficult to schedule a physical but it is well worth the effort.
