I recently started coming to iHeartDDS in search of finding a new dentist and I'm really happy I did. The office is really nice and the entire staff is nothing short of amazing and supportive. I came in knowing I needed quite a few things done and I felt like everyone on the iHeartDDS team really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Alexis at the front desk really listened to me and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns as a new patient. Leah the hygienist gave me one of the most in depth cleanings I have ever had and it made me realize I was probably never getting proper cleanings before seeing her, needless to say my teeth felt emaculate after she was done. Dr.Moezzi has been wonderful, not just her work performed on me, but also her heartwarming approach and honest mindset.
I really appreciate it when any doctor in the medical field is open and honest about their idea of a treatment plan for me. I'm someone who likes transparency and being made to feel comfortable by any medical team, which I can easily say is a match made in heaven at iHeartDDS. I have some fear that sets in when I think about dentist appointments, which is due to past issues with previous dentists, so I'm always very cautious when considering selecting a new dental practice. I wanted to leave an honest review because I'm so glad I found their practice and took the chance to switch dentists, I feel like I'm going to continue to be very happy coming here.

I had my first appointment today! The office was very clean, Alexis at the front desk was very friendly and super organized she had my insurance pulled and ready to go and greeted me with a big smile and by name which is very comforting. Dr.Moezzi was wonderful very friendly and very up front about everything she needed to do on my teeth. I’m usually a nervous wreck when coming to the dentist but I felt very calm and reassured in their care. Thank you I heart dds ! I’ve been to iHeartDDS twice for major dental work, and both experiences were excellent. Dr. Neda Mozzie and her team created a treatment plan, walked me through the process, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

I’ve always been a very nervous patient at any dental office, but her staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. They create such a positive atmosphere, which really helps put me at ease. Dr. Neda even let me listen to music so I wouldn’t tense up when hearing the drill, which made a huge difference.

Her office is right off the freeway with plenty of parking, making visits easy. I also appreciate their text message reminders, which make scheduling and keeping track of appointments simple.

As a Registered Nurse, no one does their research more than I do when it comes to finding reputable medical and dental providers. I have been a satisfied patient of Dr. Neda’s for several years now (since she opened her beautiful location in Valencia). I had my veneers replaced and it was the best experience . They look beautiful and natural. Dr. Mozzei made sure I was happy with them . She did not rush the process . She is such a professional and you can tell she takes pride in the work she does. She also is friendly and makes you comfortable thru the process. Highly recommend. All the ladies in the office are super friendly and make everything so easy !! It’s a great office !!
