The doctors are helpful. The front office needs training. I've had a few issues but this is about the last time that gave me the push to move to a different office. I've been with this office for over 3 years. My insurance has been steady, I haven't changed a thing. I go to the office for an appointment time they set for me. When I get there they tell me my insurance says it's inactive because they have had changes to the system and that I needed to show them my insurance card. I didn't bring it because it wasn't a new insurance and they already have copies of it. I wish they would have told me when the appointment was set so I could come prepared, but they didn't. So I called my insurance in front of her to verify that it was active, it was. I went as far as to download the app to show her it was active and the office was in network. The girl tells me that the girl who calls to verify if insurance is still active was on lunch. She proceeds to tell me that she doesn't know when she will be back because sometimes she takes 2 or 3 hours lunches. If she new that she might be gone that long, it would have been a good idea to do her work first and verify insurances for upcoming appointments. Instead they girl at the front desk asked me to pay out of pocket for the appointment and to deal with my insurance personally to get reimbursed. While I was there, they did the same to at least 2 other people. Someone isn't doing their job there so.

I was here a few days ago and the doctor was horrible he seem so annoyed to even see me. Went in with a lot of pain in my stomach do to possible ulcers. He didn’t recommend nothing he just told me go get labs done and sent me away. This clinic was amazing when the Saglio Doctors were there. The Saglio’s were the best sweet and non judgmental.
Medical assistant are still great the only problem is the new doctor Guillermo. I’ll recommend look somewhere else.

I can't stress enough how wonderful this office is. Full circle moment for me. In 1992 I had my OB/GYN in this office but is no longer there.

I came back this time for Botox all because of the cute sign outside this convenient Noth Salinas location. It's remodeled of course and is very, very clean. Important!

Dr. Romero his staff Jocelyn and Nancy are wonderful. Dr. Romeo is very professional and compassionate with his patients. I brought up all my concerns, and he really listened with a non judgment approach, he even reached out personally by phone.

Dr. Romero cares and gives you what you ask for with knowledge behind it. I've done Cosmetic procedures for years, and I'm so happy to have found a new home with Dr. Romero.

This clinic is our family's pcp for more than a decade. From the previous owner to current, this clinic continues to deliver professionalism and provide a great care to their patients. Our family can vouch on that, otherwise, we would have moved on to different pcp. My encounter with the receptionist, I think her named is Adi, has always been great. She is very warm and welcoming. Just like the Medical Assistant named Nancy. She is very professional, knowledgeable and is also very kind. Our previous doctor was Dr. Saglio. We were sad that he had to retire, but Dr. Romero and Francisca are great doctors and most importantly, they care about their patients. In medical field, patient's care is always important. This clinic is great as a whole at least for our family.

Seglio, my primary care doctor was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and attententive..( 5 stars for him!) however ; he retired ( unbenoumced to me)They never called to tell me that my dr. Retired,therefore I wasn't able to schedule my yearly checkup ( they usually called me to schedule), so I made appt( just to find out the above), and now have a new doctor.after appt, yearly nloodworkand mammogram are scheduled, the blood work was done, but they billed me for a portion of it, due to the doctor " not explaining why it was needed, so my insurance wasn't going to cover it"re ! Mmomogram, I have called the Drs office..( for a 3rd time) to ask them to fax, or call or somehow get my referral placed for a mammogram it's been a month,since exam., to day I went as far as to tell them there number to use for faxing it!so we will see...

Very unprofessional office. I called to make a new patient appointment for my husband, and they told me to send pictures of my insurance card and since no one called me back after 3 days, i called and spoke with Marisela, very unprofesional, unethical and rude person who told me there were patients ahead of my husband to check insurances, and that "thats not the only job i have to do you know" statement just blew it. Medical offices are to help people or at least to try, this office did not TRY at all. I would appreciate it if they had made a courtesy call to notify me they recieved my insurance card pictures, but theyre so busy giving attitute to new people instead.
